Hi all, I can’t believe it took me this long to join this subreddit! I’ve been collecting troll dolls for about 20 years.
I decided I could use a little extra cheer today, so I’m taking my collection out to admire it a bit. I have some extra time today, and I know some of my trolls could use a refresh or some light repairs (I’m a seamstress, thank goodness).
What are your go-to tricks for commonly-needed repairs or upkeep? Replacing bits of elastic, shaping an outfit to help it sit just right, readjusting sewn-in hair accessories, washing off a few decades of dust… Anything like that!

We had Broderick playing out of position, two rookies, and Zach Frazier, who was the best rookie center and ranked within the top 10 centers according to PFF. He did kind of slow down later in the season, but I think it was due to the insanely difficult schedule. Mason McCormick was just okay this year and he can definitely become a franchise guard. Spencer Anderson was a solid backup definitely value for a seventh. Fautano looked great in that one game he played after broderick shat the bed with 3 straight penalties or something similar. they do have a hole at LT. and if they switch broderick to LT, I do think the next season is Broderick's last chance to stay in the NFL. He just needs to play at a servicable level in order for the steelers to keep him, imo.

I haven't Food and Fellowship precon from a LOTR sets. It's my favorite of the 3 decks I have. I have added a few upgrade cards to it but would like some help figuring out if it's possible to combat against the Jumpscare precon from Duskmourn. It's the one my partner plays the most out of their decks. I just want to continue having fun with the game but it's honestly so hard to want to play knowing u lose that badly every single time we play together. Any help and/or feedback is greatly appreciated.
I have used my other sets against that one. And still always lose. I have science! From fallout set and Family Matters from Bloomburrow if those other sets help anyone help me. Thank you in advance.

 | I got impatient and wanted to share them before they are truly finished. Only things left are the blue spots on onua that I’m waiting on replacements for, they are a rubber material so I didn’t even try to paint them, and I’m still deciding on getting enough masks for the whole collection, since Gali’s are notoriously not cheap I may pass on that, otherwise it’s just a topcoat for all of them and any minor accessories to go with them, like the borohk mask and corrupted masks. If you like the designs go look up giikei on rebrickable where I got the initial designs from with minor modifications for better articulatio. This may be the most stupid question I've ever asked or a total moral dillema, but I am genuinely confused.
I (think?)I'm bisexual cause I've had the same feelings/attraction for both men and women since a very young age. I've never been in a relationship with someone who isn't a cis straight man tho, cause all the girls and non binary people I've liked were either straight or did not reciprocate my feelings (as far as I know). On the other hand, every man I like wants me. I feel like we're socially conditioned to perceive people of the same gender as 'friends' and assume immediate attraction when opposite.
Anyway, I needed to explain this cause these are my base beliefs and how I go through life. Straight to the point:
I have a boyfriend (who I really love) and I DO NOT voluntarily seek 'dating', hanging out and meeting people. I am an expat and have very few friends here, most of them met in large groups with lack of bonding. I would like to have more friends, specifically female friends since I have 1 or 2 back in my home town and that's it.
Before meeting my boy, I tried giving a shot on dating women via dating apps but I noticed it was impossible for me to feel something about someone I met so artificially, if it somehow makes sense? I wasn't really attracted to any of the girls (and boys) I met there, the only difference is: every girl came there with the intention of getting to know new people and if romance happened cool, but if it didn't they didn't mind staying friends and valued meeting you as an individual. As for boys, most of them ghosted me after I told them that I was not interested, and most of them said that they wanted to meet me 1.romantically or 2.not at all, basically.
After this really strange experiment? time went by and 1 year later, one of the girls I used to casually text from tinder dms me and asks me out. I really want to hang out with her cause I want to meet new people! I am very sure of my relationship and have no intention to be romantic, but I know nothing about her besides calling her pretty once?? So we will be basically meeting to get to know each other, and giving the context, how is it technically different from a date?? If this was a man I would be an instant cheater to almost, everyone ig?
My boyfriend knows I'm bi, and is very sweet and supporting about it. But this also made him (as someone w/ a very cis-straight bg) view girls the same way as boys for me.
I know what my intentions are, I genuinely just want new, good friends. I know I should talk it out but I don't want to ask her if it's a date and be all weird about it since women, from my experience, tend not to be. What should I do? My boyfriend totally knows about this tho, but I can't tell him that I will be going out with a friend, cause I'm going to meet someone one on one?? Please enlighten me

Last night my dad broke down my door. Bashing himself into it then getting some tool and breaking it down. Now today he expects me to apologise to him. We are moving houses and said after this happened that I don’t get the room I wanted and the study room is his home office and he gets them both and in return I get his room because of all the damage I have done. What damage? He was the one who broke down and destroyed my door why should I have to apologise for his actions. As for the room I was getting and the study essentially the reason we bought the house makes the most sense for me to have. It’s not the biggest room in the house. The only difference is that is has its own bathroom and more closet space. I’m a teenage girl (16) and have way more clothes than him (he is a 55 year old man who wears the same 2 jeans and shirts everyday and I have a uniform that alone is more clothes than he has), I also have more furniture (bed,desk,vanity) compared to his bed and desk (I have a vanity because it was my old kids desk that is too small to use as a study desk. As for the study, it’s a small room with a desk, I would use it everyday as I’m going into year 11 and doing VCE and my mum and I were going to share it if she starts working from home, he only works from home once a week and has a desk perfectly adequate so this study being his study is selfish and inconsiderate. I have missed half of year 10 due to an eating disorder, he has ignored me the whole time until November and started constantly nagging me to speak to him and when I don’t he says it’s my fault and blames everything on me. So please tell me who is in the wrong, I know I’m not the perfect daughter but he is no role model. I’d also like to say that he is a gaslighter, everything goes his way and if not he will put you in the wrong, blame you and play victim. What I don’t understand is that from the moment we saw the house we all agreed whose room was whose so if he wanted to have my room he should have said instead of causing a scene and taking it from me the day we move. I would attach a photo of my door that he destroyed but it says I can’t.

I (46m) just ran across a journal entry I wrote about my college girlfriend, mostly about how wonderful she was but with quite a bit of NSFW commentary. It put me into a strange headspace.
Don’t get me wrong. I’ve had more meaningful relationships since then, and, well, higher quality physical ones as well (admittedly nowhere near the quantity). But, in reading the entry something rather melancholy occurred to me. In the 25 years since her I have never felt as desired as I did then. It was a long term committed relationship, but uncomplicated by adult, real world issues. Simply young love with high sex drives and absolute, drug-level addiction to each other… Always jumping one another, passionate, movie-like, for years. I mean, we lived together but still regularly found ourselves in random closets and bathrooms, and even had a map of campus so we could check off the buildings. God the way she looked at me before pulling me into some room, nothing behind her eyes but blind desire, passion, love.
In retrospect, to have and receive that level of wholesome passion feels increasingly unusual, rare. Maybe not even possible once life/careers/responsibilities get in the way (anyone have it??). And perhaps the fact that neither of us had been truly burned yet was a major factor. I am grateful for her, and to have experienced that. She’s married with children now and seems happy. I’m hopeful she and her husband have the vibrant sex life she deserves.
I think I just wanted to share, to honor her, and us, in this small way. I briefly considering messaging her, but of course that would be wildly inappropriate. Thanks for listening.
