Hopefully this isn’t confusing but basically, let’s say you have a stack of 5 of any one particular item; you know how you can drop them 1 by 1 onto the ground automatically? But if you have more than 5 of the item, you wouldn’t be able to automatically drop them 1 by 1 without manually moving the slider down to 1 first. I’m looking for a mod that would allow me to automatically drop stacks of more than 6 of an item, 1 at a time, without manually moving the slider down to 1. I hope this makes sense lol it sounds confusing but if you understand what I’m trying to say here, does such a mod exist?

After being diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus, the issue of treatment became urgent. Every urologist and dermatologist I visited told me I would need to use topical steroids in the form of a cream on my penis. However, none of them could provide a prognosis or guarantee the safety of such treatment.
I began researching the issue on my own and found a professor in Russia who was mentioned in several scientific papers on Lichen Sclerosus.
I made an appointment with this professor, and she outlined a treatment plan for me. The first thing she said was: “Forget about steroids. If you use them excessively, you will make your skin even thinner and more dysfunctional.” From what I understood, she was explaining that steroids might provide a short-term effect, but their frequent use could worsen Lichen Sclerosus in the long run.
The professor prescribed me the following treatment plan: 1. Comprehensive anti-fibrosis therapy: Longidaza suppositories, 3000 IU every other day for 15 days, followed by a one-month break and then another course. 2. Imoferase cream for localized application on the affected areas of the penis glans. This is an enzyme cream for scars and fibrosis that does not contain steroids and is often used in cosmetology. Apply once daily. 3. Stop using soap to wash the penis. Instead, use a special plant-based gel called “Epigen intim .” 4. Bioderma Cicabio Restore cream: Apply regularly, 1–2 times per day, to the penis. 5. Mildronate tablets to improve capillary blood flow, taken for 10–14 days. 6. The most important part: A series of photodynamic therapy (PDT) sessions. A photosensitizer cream was applied to my penis, followed by exposure to a special red light. I had 10 sessions. The professor recommended repeating these procedures every six months, but I currently can’t afford additional sessions.
I followed the prescribed treatment, used the creams, and completed the photodynamic therapy course. However, after the first course of Longidaza, I decided not to continue with it. Currently, I only use the Bioderma cream and the washing gel mentioned in step 3.
Results I Achieved: 1. Improvement in skin condition by approximately 50–60%. While I would like my glans to be completely healthy, I am satisfied with this level of improvement after 10 sessions. 2. Return of sensitivity to areas that “came back to life.” Previously, the sensitivity of the glans was significantly reduced. 3. Disease progression halted: Over the past year, I’ve only been using Bioderma cream and the washing gel. From my perspective, the disease has not only stopped progressing but is also regressing very slowly. I can literally see how areas that used to be just white spots are starting to turn slightly pink and look more like normal skin. The progress is very slow, but it seems to be happening.
I have attached photos taken before and after the treatment. The “after” photo was taken about two months after completing the photodynamic therapy course. My condition has remained roughly the same since then, perhaps slightly better.
I plan to visit the professor again soon for a new course of photodynamic therapy.
