A colleague of mine mentioned a study that discovered that babies who were sleep trained had elevated cortisol levels, and perhaps other markers of stress, around six months after being sleep trained. I haven’t sleep trained my son yet but, given how controversial of a topic it is, I would like to better understand any researched dangers or risks. Thank you!

 | Please help me identify this medical issue. I’ve had cows for almost 6 years and never had this issue. We live in the southwest within 200 miles of El Paso. We provide all of their hay and grain. She is 12 years old and has never had a problem calving. This growth or swelling started a few days ago while have been out of town. We are waiting on a call from the vet and don’t expect to see the vet until next week. Thought I could get some help identifying this. My neighbor was a vet tech and believes it to be edema. The first 3 pictures show the growth or swelling and the last 2 show her normal stature from prior to this. Any support would be greatly appreciated. I was bored so decided to rank weapons from the strongest to weakest, but since nobody uses single weapon, i decided to take into consideration the variety of weapon combos for every weapon which are meta or not. Each weapon gets 2 points for every weapon pair which is a meta combo. 1 point for every weapon pair which can be seen around but would be kinda rare to find. And 0 points to every weapon pair which is so rare to find and which is so non-meta, you could look for a player of that weapon combo for days and fail. I’m mostly pvp player so i do not take into consideration pve-only builds. So
Dagger: 2 points: spear, gs, staff, bow, xbow 1 point: wand 0 points: sns
Sns: 2 points: gs, wand 1 point: spear 0 points: staff, bow, dagger, xbow
Bow: 2 points: staff, dagger, wand 1 point: 0 points: xbow, gs, sns, spear
Staff: 2 points: bow, dagger, wand 1 point: gs 0 points: sns, xbow, spear
Xbow: 2 points: dagger 1 point: gs 0 points: sns, wand, staff, spear, bow
GS: 2 points: sns, dagger, spear 1 point: xbow, staff 0 points: wand, bow
Spear: 2 points: dagger, gs 1 point: sns 0 points: staff, bow, wand, xbow
Wand: 2 points: bow, sns, staff 1 point: dagger 0 points: spear, xbow, gs
And the results are: Dagger: 11 Gs: 8 Wand: 7 Bow: 6 Spear: 5 Sns: 5 Xbow: 3
Thank you for reading. I would love your comments as objections and corrections to the list. To me the list just proves what weapons are actually a bit broken and which are clearly need to be updated one way or another. This list does not exclude some specific weapon combos that are unbalanced to OP lvl like gs/sns, speadagger, bow/wand or staff/bow. And tons of weapon combos that are shit. Like most weapon combos in the game just do not work. And that’s said from “class balance” perspective. What seems to be the saddest is that new Korean mastery update seem to be supporting strongest meta weapons and weapon combos while ignoring “dead” or just “weak” weapon combos. Which is lazy design from my pov.
