 | Hey everybody, I just recently got this Kokoni Ec1 printer second hand online. It's a app operated and auto leveling. So far it turns on, does a little boot sequence each time and connects to the app. However once I try to run a print it will prep preheat then once it starts it'll immediately give me a 'print anomaly' error. Can't seem to find any guides or info online that'll help, and I'm just waiting for support to get back to me too. Could I modify it with custom hardware/firmware? Get klipper running on this thing? My "friend" group always has drama going on. And I'm so tired of it, almost every single day something happens and everyone is on edge. We can't even make small jokes to eachother anymore bc someone will get pissed and then everyone is just silent. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells every single fucking time I'm around them. It's so draining, after hanging out with them today in school I was so close to crying in my next couple classes bc of how stressful it is. I'm tired of it and I'm not sure how much longer I can honestly take it. I'm not even that great friends with them but I'm fucking desperate bc I have no one else who will deal with me at school. 30 female. USA. 5'2, 160 pounds. Birth control, Effexor, iron supplements. History of Endometriosis and irritable bowel and low iron stores. Drink once/twice a weekend. Minimal weed use.
I went to the ER during December 2024 for a mental health related episode. (I am doing better now.) They did blood work and I got an abnormal result which made me a bit concerned. I was very intoxicated if that makes a difference. I will put exactly what it says in Mychart:
"COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT WITH AUTO DIFFERENTIAL"
- Auto ABS Eos (Normal range 0.00 - 0.30 x10'3/uL) My result: 0.53
I then wanted to see what that result looked like back in May 2024, when I had blood drawn then as well. It was at a different hospital. It looks like the same thing was also high? I will put exactly what it says in Mychart:
"CBC & AUTO DIFF" - EOS % (Normal range: 1.0-3.0%) My result: 6.7
I reached out to my primary, but of course, I did the doom digging and now google has me convinced I have cancer. Can someone inform me as to what these mean?
Everything else on the December blood results looked to be fairly normal.
