I met a girl, let's call her F (24) last month on seeking. I was visiting my home city at the time and she was an international student who had only been in the country for 6 months so in the 3 dates we went on I took her for quite an experience throughout the city. I'm talking about spa days, benihana dinners, drinks on a skyscraper rooftop watching the sunset, the works. All with PPM of course, much higher than the local standard (before you message me, this is not in a HCOL area, more VLCOL) and we talked about moving to an allowance when I'm back. That is to say, I really liked her and thought she had the same feelings towards me.
I had to leave the country for a month just before Christmas but she deleted her seeking account (which I verified through a burner account) and promised we'd see each other again when I'm back in February. On the last day before my 2am flight we met up for dinner, had sex and just cuddled for 3 hours, just talking.
We've been texting lightly to each other (not everyday, just every now and then) when last week she drops this bombshell:
Hi sorry for the late reply, i met someone and its kinda soon but i wanna wait and see where things go before i meet with anyone else :) hope you understand!I told her I was quite disappointed as I was looking forward to more midnight chats, but I wished her well and that I would only curse the relationship a little bit. But a part of me wonders if I should push abit before I get there?
The thing that's making me wary is that she is very much happy alone. She's only had one long term relationship before and have not ever lived with someone else. She goes on solo journeys all the time (one topic of conversation was how to avoid men on these journeys lol). I'm a fellow super introvert so I was thinking that pushing for it wont be received well.
On the other hand, I really would like a relationship with her rather than just meeting casually. So perhaps she got the wrong idea on our meets and so if I make it clear that I'm also open to a relationship, it may help my stance. What are everyone's thoughts ?

Like title said I just got a new thinkpad, I got a P16s gen 2 with a core i5, I’m a pretty techie guy, but I just got it before work from a pawn shop for $200 which seemed like a decent deal and was wondering what is even possible to upgrade, saw that the ram is soldered but also saw what looks like a wifi card pcie slot but wifi works on it so I don’t really know what it is for, im just trying to figure out what can I upgrade other than the ssd, and also learn about the machine as I can’t seem to find much online other than a ryzen model, thanks in advance!

I stopped playing during the Gun Media holidays because there were dozens of bugs, so now that February is going to be the month with the most content so far, rainy map and leatherface skin coming IT'S OBVIOUS I WANT TO PLAY Gun Media disappoints sometimes but Leatherface skin and rainy map plus the ton of content I'm hyped.
(The only thing missing is the buff on the bone traps, I know it will remain standard) This is one of the few updates that I look at and I'm happy with the content. (Damn Leland and Connie's pack 3)

My property is in the Calamvale, Algester, Parkinson area in QLD. And I was advised by my realestate to go live in first week of Jan with auction next week.
Turn out has been bad, quoted budgets are very low and today no one rocked up.
I have repeatedly voiced concerns along the way that it might be a bad time of year to sell because of Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Australia Day long weekend - but each time I was either reassured or told my point of view is wrong by selected data manipulation.
Fast forward to today when no one shows up to view at all.
Is it better to have an auction that passes in, or to inconvenience the couple of registered bidder and push the auction 2-4 weeks into the future?
Open to other ideas and any points of view contrary to above. Many thanks! :)
