14 y/o male, boy whatever you call it. for some time i have been feeling this and i just have to get this off my chest, i hate my body sm, its just, everytime i look into the mirror after or before shpwering or smth like that, i notice my torso, legs and just body in general, and ive started hating it even more, almost everyday i gain a new insecurity, and the fact that i have some kind of scoliosis makes it feel even worse, and its not even that i look bad, i feel femenine, i just cant take this anymore, some people say working out may make me gain muscle but it just doesnt work, ive tried but lost motivation.
i've noticed the fact that i started wearing baggy clothes not necessarily for the fact that i like them, its bc i feel actually ugly.
being average would actually solve a lot of problems related to my mental health and i just hate myself for being skinny/under average

Trying to solve this headset stutter issue that’s independent of graphics or system load, get horrible stutter even in the menu regardless of resolution. I’ve gotten the 403 error “gpu can’t connect to display port” even tho it can. Have to fix it by restarting Steam and u plugging the entire adapter from itself and the pc.

Has anyone gotten rid of Peroneal tendinitis? I got it like 3 months ago and I can’t get rid of it, been doing traditional Physical therapy band exercises and had to stop running because of the pain. I ship out in April and need this gone soon so I can start running again.
I’ve tried everything, if anyone has gotten rid of it I would really appreciate the help.
