I was feeding him probably 5ml of yogurt a day for about 5 days and now he has cataracts in one eye. I just googled it, and they did some studies and apparently 100% of the rats that they fed yogurt, developed cataracts. Granted their diet was 100% yogurt and i obviously wasn't doing that but still. I feel so horrible about this.

2025.01.25 00:30 Due_Law5430 Chicken broth with non fully cooked chicken in it?
Silly question maybe but I was boiling chicken tenderloin in an instant pot (dumb decision know I know) and I cooked them on high pressure for 24 minutes (recipe called for 6 minutes) but the temp on the chicken was never above 150ish even though it looks fully over cooked. I kind of think that because the chicken was so soft it was shredding apart and not letting an accurate temperature be portrayed. Any advice here? Safe if looks fully cooked?
Also safe to eat the chicken broth while I’m cooking my other soup for tonight?

So, with results Thursday I am now part qualified. I would say the ACA exams (certificate and professional) are easy.
My whole way through my studies so far, everyone has told me how much work I have to put in and how hard they are. I didn’t listen to any of this. For some reason I spent so long procrastinating about revisiting I never did it. Bar my study and revision course I did no additional work but managed to average 67% to this point.
I see that people struggle but somehow I’ve managed to just get through each exam with little stress. Am I an anomaly with this or is it the case everyone tells you they’re hard and if you don’t put the work in you fail?

The move was worth it for personal reasons, and I love the city I’m in.
I’ve been a workaholic (public relations) for years and I know it. I started addressing the issue about two years ago, and was making progress. I switched jobs to effectively give myself a demotion, and felt like I was getting my life back.
Part of that progress was this move. The job choice, however, was not. It was a promotion back into the work I demoted myself from. I’m only a few months in, but I feel myself slipping back into a person I hate. What’s worse is, I’m not even as good at this job as I was before. I think learning to not burn out made me shitty at my job.
I don’t even know what question to ask this community. I just know I need help. I love writing. I hate socializing. I want longer projects. I can’t deal with the public anymore.

 | Review: Amber glass jar (also comes in a box) with a thick foil seal and Integra Boost included. Very nice touch with the packaging here, and refreshing to see more companies using glass jars and treating the product inside with the respect it deserves. Cracking the seal on this one I was hit with a sweet fruity aroma with a slightly herbal undertone. One I found I kept going back to smell over and over. A range of small to medium sized nuggs, on the dryer side but not completely dry, with a nice trim and frosting of trichomes. Grinds well, and fluffs out nicely releasing more of that fruity aroma once milled. This one was grown in South Africa indoors under artificial lighting, in soil, hand trimmed and harvested with a 21 day dry cure. Very clean and smooth to vape, both at lower and higher temps. The flavour profile transfers nicely, with a fruity but subtle gassy aftertaste upon exhale. I found the vapour really lingered with this one filling the room/house with a fruity but slightly gassy aroma. Very Sativa like effects, uplifting and motivating but also does hit the back of the eyes ever so slightly. I could use this as a wake and bake with no lethargic drop off once it settled, the perfect daytime flower. For me this reminded me of Pouch Red, but a much cleaner, and higher quality version. The flavour profile is very much the same but this is just a much more quality product than Pouch Red. However I still don’t think the price is justified, $16 per gram is definitely on the higher end and I would love to see this closer to $14 a gram, that said I think all MC is overpriced and could be cheaper across the board.
