I’m seriously considering finally getting rid of my element and getting a newer car. Although it’s not a direct replacement, the forester is one of the few vehicles on the short list. I would most likely be getting a used one from the last 5-6ish years. Are there any yeamodels that had some common issues I should be aware of? Conversely, is there a yeamodel that people think was peak forester? Changes in style isn’t that big of a deal for me, i’m much more concerned with reliability/ common issues.

So I was playing arena and I got consume as the spell for it’s nagaling. I tried casting it on ultralisk cavern but durability wasn’t removed, and my hero wasn’t healed. When I played the card it allowed me to select the location as the spell target but still nothing happened. Is this a bug?

einige Hochschulen wie z.B. die EuroFH oder die IU bieten einen Master ohne vorherigen Bachelor in z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik Msc (kein MBA) an.

Hierfür benötigt man viele Jahre Berufserfahrung. Man kommt dann jedoch logischerweise nicht auf 300 ECTS.
Ich frage mich, ob mit diesem Master Abschluss eine Eingruppierung im öffentlichen Dienst im höheren Dienst möglich ist.
Man findet leider nur sehr begrenzt Informationen zu diesem Sonderfall.

Fällt dieser Fall hier unter (1) 2. c) und man wäre somit zugelassen mit nur 120 Msc? Oder verstehe ich das Gesetz falsch?

2025.01.25 00:46 Primary_Brilliant979 Phone plan alternatives/no contract or lifeline? switching from T-Mobile one plan
Tldr: So, I currently have been under my mom's phone line with T-Mobile since forever. I think im paying too much and want to switch either carriers or plans, or something. Also recently realized my wifi calling feature has been turned off and my phone has been prioritizing cell data instead of wifi calling. Fixed it, so data usage may vary. Suggestions, pros/cons type of carrieplans/free govt phones?
If location matters, I am in orange county, ca and mom is LA county.
Current plan We have the tmobile one plan, and i pay $70 a month for my phone (separate from what my mom pays), I have never had any issues with reception (unless I'm in a very crowded area like a festival with poor reception). I primarily use my phone for texting, calling, browsing the internet, social media (memes), or discord calling (sometimes), and watching videos or sometimes shows on streaming apps. Nothing too crazy. I'm also not dependent on social media, so reducing that is fine.
Every so often I will travel but lately I haven't been using any airlines that partners up with T-Mobiles free internet during travel, so this isn't a big deal to me. There are other features to this plan, but I honestly don't use them at all, so I feel like it's going to waste.
I also have the protection 360 tier 5 TE, which $18.
Features I do use and prefer to have, if possible: - unlimited texting / phone calling. I have a long distanced relationship, so primarily sometimes long hours on the phone is a necessity for connection.
- Good coverage - in case I get stranded somewhere and need to phone for help or something. My phone offers 5g but i think i have only been receiving 4g lte, and im ok with that. High speed internet or very little interruptions for my phone is ideal.
- preferably unlimited data so I don't have to worry about going over the cap. My monthly data usage varies between 17-40 gb? Average is usually low 30gbs.
- protection plan in case it breaks or i lose it and needs to be replaced. Even tho I've been doing pretty good for like 3-4 years now... I have a Samsung note 10+. I don't really care about getting the next best phone. I'll upgrade when they stop doing updates for my phone. My phone has also been paid off for 3 years now.
- same phone number. Ideally, I'd like to have the same number. I've had this number for like 10 years. But if it's not possible, then I guess I can change 😭
For a no contract plan like metro pcs though..or an alternative, is it worth it?
Lastly, say I do make the switch, and I add my mom to it and I become the main account holder, would she also qualify for the same discount or no? We live separately. If not, then I'll just be doing a single line.
Can I get some pros/cons of whatever you guys have? Even better if you have experience with the same plan?

A few months ago I was diagnosed with methane sibo via breath test with only 10ppm. A little over a month ago I started antibiotics (xifaxan and metronizadole) and a prokinetic (erithromycin) and throughout treatment I felt really good! I was finally eating fodmap foods again and having no symptoms.
Unfortunately, a week after I finished antibiotics my symptoms started to return. I saw my doctor and he suggested trying atrantil and going back on low fodmap diet.
I started taking atrantil as well as florastor but my symptoms continued to worsen. I stopped taking both a few days ago and my symptoms have had no improvement. Mostly constant trapped gas, bloating, reflux and pressure in my upper abdomen. My doctor suggested I try zenpep and continue on low fodmap.
I’m feeling really frustrated and struggling to have any hope of getting better. I never had any issues with food other than gluten intolerance until a few months ago.
I’m just not sure what to do going forward and am curious if anyone has had any improvement with digestive enzymes. I am also considering the elemental diet but do not want to waste my money and have it not work.
Overall, I’m really looking for advice and or suggestions from other folks as I’m kind of at my wits end and feeling hopeless about the future.

Crash So today I was trying to merge out of a lane with lots of traffic and when I was switching lanes the side of my bumper hit the bumper of another car, I went like 2 cars in front of the car I hit. I switched lanes to the emergency lane, and put my blinkers on I saw the car that I hit drive up and had his blinker on but I don't know if he was trying to get into the emergency lane because the lane next to him had lots of traffic. Still, I waited another 2 minutes to see if they would show up when a tow truck was coming through the emergency lane and had to move up through a lot of traffic I lost them and just drove to work The damage to my car wasn't much just a scratch with a small dent in it, and I doubt they had any damage to theirs due to the fact he had a steel bumper. Should I still go report it to a police department, It was my first accident as a 19-year-old, and lost on what to do.
