2025.01.25 01:00 Level-Comfortable-99 Levoit humidifier starts making a soft noise... then stops working. Can I fix it?
I have this exact model of humidifier: https://www.amazon.com/LEVOIT-Humidifiers-Bedroom-Diffuser-Humidification/dp/B09W21XFS5?ie=UTF8 for 1 year now and I use only filtered water and clean it regularly. I only use it at night, so it rests during the day. I've had other ones before this one so I know how to take care of it. It simply started wheezing one day, but was still working... it is a soft noise.. not very loud. After cleaning it, it just stopped working a few days ago. No mist. The soft wheezing sound keeps coming from the hole where the mist should be made, even when the button is set to "off", and only stops if I unplug it from the wall. What's wrong with it? I would like assistance with this issue.

I’m really at a cross here and I’m unsure if I’m in the wrong. My friends / mutual are split and I’m just kinda confused and even a little hurt. My (21 F) friend (21 F) is upset that I started dating my boyfriend. Him and I have been hanging out and hooking up for about three months and we made it official about two weeks ago. I was pretty excited about it and at a night out with my friend I told her over drinks. She got really weird. Like wouldn’t look me in the eye and shifted her body so it was further away from me and basically stopped talking all together. I pressed her about what was wrong but she wouldn’t tell me that was until she had a couple more drinks. She started to yell at me in the bar in front of everyone. She told me that I was an awful friend and that I was super full of myself. She always made comments about how I always get what I want. How I always get attention from guys and how I try and steal any attention from anyone she likes. She said how awful I am and how I think I’m prettier than her and that the only reason I even went after him was because I knew that she liked him. She also called me a myriad of awful names insulting my looks, my personality, and my intelligence. So she really did hurt my feelings while she went on this tirade. Everything she said about how I got for guys she likes this that and the other is entirely untrue. I didn’t even know that she liked him. When we all first met over a year ago I thought she had a crush on him and she blatantly told me he wasn’t her type, she didn’t find him attractive, and she would never ever date someone who is in her major in college. So this all really took me aback. I’ve also never gone for a guy that she has liked. 9/10 I don’t even go for guys and I’m talking up girls. She also knew that him and I were hanging out and hooking up the entire time we were doing so and she never said anything. After her yelling at me I bought her an Uber home and went home myself. I wanted to call my boyfriend but I decided against it. The next morning I texted her to see how she was feeling as she was insanely drunk and her roommate told me she was definitely throwing up that morning. I felt bad about letting her go back to her apartment alone and I regret doing that. She ignored my text and the two after that. I could tell she was telling people as mutuals were texting me to try and see if I’d say anything. I didn’t feel like airing out our dirty laundry so I didn’t respond. When she finally responded to me after about a week she basically gave me an ultimatum: if I didn’t break up with him she would tell him how I’m not the person that he thinks I am and that I am “broken”. I wasn’t sure what the fuck that meant so I asked and she told me that she would tell him about my past SA and SH. I’m not going to get into that at all but I was kinda devastated at the idea of her using my trauma as a weapon. Finally I told some of my friends, keeping her ultimatum to myself as not everyone knows that about me and I don’t care for everyone to know. Some people think that I’m the asshole and some people think she’s lost her mind. The only reason I’m really coming here is because one of my closer friends is upset and believes that I did go after him because she liked him. My close friend said I have a habit of getting guys to like me regardless if my friends like them or not and it’s wrong even if I would never act on it. The only reason I wouldn’t “act on it” is because I wasn’t intentionally making them like me. Now I feel like I might be subconsciously doing this and I don’t feel great about it. I’m hurt that my trauma is being used against me and that my boyfriend is caught in a crossfire of drama because we are all mutuals. I tried to apologize and tell them that it’s never been my intention but they wouldn’t hear it. So AITAH

I understand that when it was printed it was a part of a Giant cycle and that’s fine. But it’s been years and creature types have been updated many times since then. Even fully changed with phyrexians. I understand things like viashino getting changed to lizards for simplicity especially with new lizard tribal support pieces in Bloomburrow. BUT WHY do they refuse to touch Grave Titan and have the audacity to put it into a zombie commander precon without just pulling the trigger on the switch. Is there a legitimate reason why they CAN’T change it?

So, honestly, I've not been taking it every night, but on the nights I do,vit doesn't do anything for me. I dont even feel like I took anything. I'm not asking for medical advice, however, am I alone in this. I've always had a high tolerance for medications and all the ones I'm on are at the highest dosages. I just can't figure this out and I need some freaking sleep!! I was thinking about trying 20 mg, but who knows. I just can't believe it's not affecting me a single bit. I was even scared to take it the first time from the stories I heard.

Hey everyone, last weekend I had a one-night stand with a girl in a city I was visiting. We ended up seeing each other the next two days as well, had a lot of fun, laughed, talked, and made out. My buddy was with her friend, and the four of us had a great time together.
Since then, we’ve been chatting regularly, and she even suggested coming to visit me in my city, which is a pretty long drive for her. I thought everything was going great. But now my last message has been left on read for over 30 hours.
Apparently, she told her best friend that my texting is “too superficial.” I never felt that way, and even my buddy said our chats seemed totally fine – lots of back-and-forth, plenty of questions, and excitement on both sides.
Now I’m unsure what’s going on. The fact that she told her friend instead of me feels weird, like she wanted this to get back to me. Honestly, it kind of feels like a shittest. She was super sweet the whole time, constantly texting and sending voice messages.
How should I handle this? I feel like my only option is to wait for her to reach out. Does this sound like a shittest to you? What do you think?
