Has anyone gotten their period directly post op? I am now on day 3 post op and seem to have started mine- and I am a very heavy bleeder. My pain is now worse than day 1 post and the oxy does not seem to be effective for cramps,I am miserable and dizzy. Anyone dealt with this? Should I be worried? Celled the nurse line and they said they'd have the doc call me but she never did.

I've finally realized that my rewatch was difficult because I wanted to power through some episodes and now I have the maturity to accept that liking a show doesn't mean having to like all episodes and suffering through some of them. I now just skip the ones that bore them - like some of the Pelant episodes, The Boy with the Answer (I've seen it too many times and looking at Taffet's smug face just annoys me now) and a chunk of Arastoo episodes (not a fan of this squinterns in particular) - also I decided any time Angela starts talking about money, independence or Paris, I fast forward.

My mother is an Italian citizen and moved to the US and got 2 2 law degrees here before getting recruited out of college and working for a law firm under a work visa. She got married to my father and 8 years after being here she had me, but she wasn’t a citizen or permanent residence holder yet she was still stuck in the system. She only became a citizen 6 years after I was born and a resident 2 years after. I’m now 20, I’m in college, my life is here, I am also an Italian citizen luckily but I don’t know if I will still be a citizen by the end of this, if this bill passes will they push it to revoke the citizenship of those born prior to the law passing, what’s the odds that they just keep going. I’m genuinely scared by this and ik plenty of others in similar situations as me who are too. Why do people think this is a good idea to pass a law like this, what the actual fuck. I’ve been an American for 20 years, I did good in school, did community work, have paid my taxes, I’m in college to become an engineer, I’m becoming an EMT to help me work in college and because I wanted to help people. Just I needed to say something and I need to ask, can anyone tell me genuinely wants going to happen to me?

2025.01.25 01:21 CyberfunkBear How do I manually trigger the 4th Crusade Event? (CK3)
I’ve basically accomplished everything I had planned for my current run, but the Byzantine Empire’s constant “adventures into the steppes” is starting to bother the hell out of me because of the border gore it causes. I’ve also got at least 150 years before I need to port the game over to EU4, so I figure that forming the Latin Empire that controls all of Outremer and parts of africa would be fun.
However, I’ve had several crusades launch but none of them have triggered the 4th Crusade event, and I’m at the point where I just want to start the event chain via console, but my attempts at finding out how to start the event aren’t really working because I keep getting answers for how to launch it… For CK2.

2025.01.25 01:21 Tenorman-Chilli54 I paid for a woman’s lunch while at the front register at work
I (19M) was working at the front register at a popular fast food chain when a woman, Sandra comes up to the register and orders her food. When she’s done ordering I give her the total.
Sandra then spends about a minute or two searching her purse for the money to pay for it. By this point her food has already been bagged and placed on the counter. She eventually realizes that she would need to go back home to get the money.
I eventually just decided to cover it myself. I put my card in the card reader when she while she was looking through her purse one last time so she didn’t see me do it. Before she leaves to go home, I hand her the food and receipt and tell her not to worry about it. She eventually realizes that I paid for her food myself, despite my best efforts to be vague with how it was taken care of.
Sandra’s face lit up as she thanked me profusely and asked for my name (which for fast food employees is a very good or very bad thing). I tell her my name before she sits down to eat her food.
After taking the orders of a few more customers, I’m sent on my break by the manager on duty. After returning from my break 35 minutes later, I’m placed back on the front register. Less than an hour after returning from my break, Sandra returns and hands me a card to my shock and one of the shift leaders who saw it.
I wait until I finally get off to open it and find that it’s a thank you card containing a note and $60 cash. Mind you, the total for her food that I paid for was less than $12 so it’s not like she was paying me back for paying for her food. Rather, she wanted to do something nice for me after what I did.
The note read: “Tenorman-Chilli54, I want to express my gratitude to you at (place of work). Please keep up the good work. Signed, Sandra”
I definitely don’t plan on paying for everyone’s food when they’re short on money, but I’m just glad I was able to improve this woman’s day.
