I am nearing 40 and want to start sketching as a hobby (read- for protecting the mental health). I have tried to dip my foot once in a while in this ocean of art. Tried some zen lines and some basic art based on zen lines, and calligraphy. Yesterday I got the book "The Ultimate Guide to Drawing: Skills & Inspiration for Every Artist" by Barrington Barber (call it an impulsive purchase). Please help me with some tips as to how to go about it? What materials to use as beginner?If it is fine to look at things and draw (I get very overwhelmed when I see creativity of people who draw from memory or just imagination). I have videos with my boyfriend and when I post them I tag him (or at least try to). Everytime I refresh the page it says the same thing “Your post was delisted because it violated or TOS”. I’m confused cause I am tagging him in the “labels” tab.

Ei, pessoal, preciso desabafar. Conheci uma menina esses tempos, ela era gente boa, inteligente aparentemente, gostava de ler uns livros de romance lá, dizia que usava o twitter só pra falar merda do time dela, também disse que não vivia sem essa rede social e que não sei oque, eu falei que odiava o twitter e que a melhor coisa que eu fiz foi desinstalar, enfim, até aí tudo bem, mas depois de um tempo ela começou a me dar uma ANSIEDADE e um pressentimento ruim enorme, em partes era por conta que eu não confiava totalmente nela, até pq estávamos nos conhecendo né, às vezes, ela demorava pra responder porque tava lendo um livro, ou tava ocupada, sei lá, não importa, nisso eu confiava nela, oque eu não confiava era outra coisa..
desde o começo, eu já tinha um pressentimento ruim, sabe? Era uma ansiedade que eu não sentia com outras pessoas, e eu não aguentei essa ansiedade, já estava me fazendo muito mal, e atendi esse pressentimento e fui stalkear, vi os seguidores do twitter, tinha um monte de moleque, relevei, depois fui pro twitter.
E o que realmente me afastou foram os posts dela no Twitter. Ela postava coisas muito indecentes, como falar que tava com tesão (uma foto de um lobo com a legenda por cima (que tesão, boa noite), e isso me deixava totalmente desconfortável. Eu sou um cara mais reservado, e essas coisas simplesmente não combinam com o que eu acredito ou espero. Não sei explicar exatamente o porquê... eu não gosto, também não batiam com um ideal que eu esperava de alguém.
Teve também um print que ela postou, do cara dizendo que a bunda dela era maior que algum time, e ela respondeu: ‘não sei se choro ou agradeço’. Ou outro que dizia‘você disse que ia fuder comigo, mas não disse que era me mandando pro psicólogo’. Cara, isso mexeu muito comigo, me deixou desconfortável e com uma sensação estranha.
Eu sou bem mais reservado com isso, e essas postagens mexem comigo de um jeito que não sei explicar direito. Talvez seja porque não consigo ignorar ou porque bate de frente com o que eu acredito .
Então eu falei pra ela sobre como me sinto em relação aos posts, ela disse que eu devo ter caçado muito (foi do ano passado, eu só fiz entrar nas mídias do twitter) ela respondeu dizendo que entende meu lado e não ficou brava, explicou que Twitter pra ela é só um lugar pra falar merda e que não definia ela como pessoa, e realmente, não define.
No fim, percebi que não dava pra continuar. Isso não cabia nos meus valores e não era algo que eu conseguiria ignorar, isso me afetava de alguma forma.
Às vzs quando lembro disso e lembro desses tweets, me bate uma breve ansiedade forte... talvez esteja relacionado á algo do meu passado.

Hey guys, Because of reasons i cannot go on holidays until may. Most places in Thailand will be very rainy then but it seems Samui and phangan are still fine. I have been reading quite a bit about it but this is very mixed up from people telling about 5 days showering all day to just a few rain drops at night. So is it a gamble or a some people exaggerating?
Also i have already been to samui and phangan last year. I liked it, so i would go another time but i also like exploring new places. Is there maybe some "quite dry" are in may you can recommend?

I'm not looking for anything terribly fancy but would love a platform well reviewed. I'm hoping to capture a solid 0.5% most days of the week which is totally doable in crypto given the usual volatility of certain coins. Ie: LINK probably swings 1%+ a day, I could sit around and set limit buys and sells and get sweaty over stop losses all day long; but the reality is, with my current level of capital and short term gain taxes; it's not going to be enough to pay the bills for my family.
I lost my job (kinda- found out my contract will not be renewed end of February) and I have a child due in April so clocks ticking and I need to focus on securing a new job. While I'm networking and applying like a mad man, heck, while I'm sleeping-I'd love to be making small but frequent positive returns.

But what happens to your portfolio and the option payoff diagram when you buy and sell more than one option? To explore what happens, we will use the example of a Long Bull Call Spread strategy. What is a Long Bull Call Spread strategy? This is a strategy where you moderately bullish but you do not think the price will go up that much, but you also want downside price protection. In other words this strategy will limit your losses AND also limit your profits. To make this strategy you need to BUY a lower strike ETH call option and SELL a higher strike ETH call option. Example: ETH current price is at $3350. You do the below: Buy an ETH call option at strike $3400 where you will then have to go and pay a premium of -$250 Sell an ETH call option at strike $3700 where you will now be going to receive a premium of +$150 Let’s build the option payoff diagram to see your maximum loss and maximum profit. We will need to divide into 3 parts. So I'm finally ready to make an offer on a house. Naively (from talking with family members), I thought the process would be rather informal, talking back and forth with REAs and then once an amount was settled on, I would bring in someone for conveyance for the contract.
Instead I've been sent an 80 page docusign document with a bunch of legal jargon far beyond my comprehension. Roughly 20-30 pages are actual contract/special conditions, the rest is just supporting information.
I'm assuming it would be a good idea to get a conveyancer involved in this step before I sign anything. However, I do notice that REIWA states that 'The contract is not legally binding until the Contract for Sale of Land or Strata Title by Offer and Acceptance has been signed by all relevant parties and communication of its acceptance is conveyed to everyone involved'. Is a conveyancer a 'relevant party' (they do have to sign this document), and thus can I sign it before getting it reviewed?
I'm freaking out because I really do want this property, and want to put in an offer ASAP, but I can't get in touch with anyone until Tuesday due to the public holidays. But I also do not want to expose myself to any undue risk.
