For a tank early game feels a bit shit but mid game feels fine and lategame good, ADCs do decent lategame but shit at every other stage of the game, mages can be decent early, mid and late, same as bruisers so when do assassins spike compared to the other classes? When I play assassins, it feels like I only deal damage if I'm extremely ahead and screwed if I'm even a bit behind and lategame feels even worse cause sometimes I get oneshot even when I'm flanking.

The reason - There can be many macroeconomic factors but for Debt markets it is clear. 10 Year US bond yield is at 4.6% right now, INR depreciation w.r.t. USD in last 10 years is 3.3331% right now. So the difference is 7.9331%. Whereas 10 year Indian Bond yield is 6.7% right now and FII/FPIs are getting taxed here also in INR term returns. And theoretically, there is a sovereign risk for foreign individuals.
So as long as this difference of interest rate remains, there are not many incentives to keep money in India rather than in US.
1) No Lump-Sum investment in Mutual funds (in shares only if you know what you are doing and already experienced a past falling and rising cycle in the market and successfully got past through that) — Market can fall more (another 10-15% on index level) so if you get invested almost 100% (like me 😅) then you have to bear the pain of seeing the portfolio value decreasing. We might buy some shares of very undervalued company but even in this situation most companies are trading at a expensive valuations; it is just that they have come from very expensive to expensive.
2) Continuing SIP in mutual funds (in shares also OK only if the growth supports) — This is the time to generate alpha (more return than benchmark is simpler terms), so with a 15+ years of Investment horizon don't stop SIPs in this environment even if this situation continues for 4 more years. After 2021, people are always waiting for the discount, now is the time. For stocks, invest only if you can see growth because the fall in stock price can be easily 1.5x to 2.5x of index.
Remember - This too shall pass.

Why I ask is because I have the complete collection through volume 1-5, and I am amazed that there are actually like 8 of those. I'm just wondering if I can reasonably call it a day on my collection with these 5 books, 'cuz it's getting kind of expensive and I don't even know if there's a volume 9 that has yet to be released.
Sooo, yeah... Suffice to say, my familiarity with the series is limited, but I have a hard time believing that every part of this series is 'must own'.

Ich m(17), hab im Oktober angefangen ein Mädchen (w16) kennenzulernen. Zuerst schien alles auch gut, also wir schrieben täglich und haben uns immer 1 mal pro Woche getroffen. Doch nach unserem 3. Date hatte ich das Gefühl damals, dass sie mich küssen wollte und ich sie einfach geblockt habe uns sie nur umarte. Da sie mir sehr wichtig war, schrieb ich ihr kurz darauf eine Nachricht, dass ich den Kuss erwidert hätte, aber es einfach zu spät gecheckt habe. Aufjedenfall kam darauf ein Text, dass ich nicht auf sie warten solle, weil sie ommernoch zu kämpfen hat mit der damaligen Trennung zu ihren Exfreund. So richtigen knta hatten wir nie, doch in den ersten 3 Wochen fast garnicht. Aber dann im Detember begann er wieder anzuwachsen, bis zudem Punkt, wie es gerade ist, dass wir sehr viel und mehrere Stunden täglich Kontakt haben. Glaube daran bin jch auch sehr schuld, weil ich sie einfach nicht loslassen konnte, weil sie das erste Mädchen war, wo ich diese Gefühle worüber jeder redet, hat. Aufjedenfall gibt mir dieser Kontakt gerade zu ihr, den vibe, dass sie auch sehr interessiert an mir ist. Jz komme ich zu meiner Frage, soll ich es ihr sagen und wenn ja wie am besten sagen, dass Freundschaft mir einfach nicht reicht und dann darauf direkt die Frage, wie ich es am besten mache, wenn sie das nicht gleich sieht , dass es so unangenehm wie möglich sein wird(weil wir auf diesselbe schule gehen unf uns täglich sehen)

Hi, okay so I am 17 years old and a casual employee covered under the general retail industry award. I’ve been asked to start work at 4am monday and tuesday and as this is outside of the ordinary spread of hours there is 3 hours of overtime both days.
HOWEVER
I cannot seem to find any clear information avout if “overtime after 3 hours” would apply to this. under my award there is penalty rates for overtime first 3 hours and then after 3 hours. So I am confused whether this would be calculated on a per shift basis (e.g did 4hr overtime on one shift and get after 3 hours overtime rate on only 1 hour) OR if it is calculated on a weekly basis (e.g monday i get paid “first 3 hours overtime” and then tuesday and any other day after that i work at 4 would be paid “after 3 hours overtime” rates for all my overtime hours that week (obv excluding mondays))
please someone help!
