Not sure where to ask this but my manager has made several comments about minorities that are downright offensive and treats non white people differently. She makes fun of people who apply if they have “weird” names. Things that would get her fired easily in another work environment. Our team is small, we have no HR or anyone higher up than her. She can basically do whatever she wants because she answers to no one. The place is owned by one guy who is friends with her so talking to him would likely get me nowhere and I’ve never even met him before/don’t know how to contact him. I’m leaving the job this week, but just feel so icky knowing that this will continue and she won’t face consequences. There is no place on Glassdoor or Indeed to leave reviews or anything. Is there anything I could do, or is this just life? I’ve had plenty of awful managers before, but this is different. If she was just rude or a crappy boss, I’d put my head down and ignore it or leave the job. I’ve heard of people getting the department of labor involved, but I really don’t want to get my name attached to some long drawn out process dealing with this. Plus it seems their investigations involve interviewing management which would be pointless. I normally just mind my own business but this has really rubbed me the wrong way.

Hello everyone. I am trying to build my first deck and bought the ST18 as a starting point. Which do you think are the most important subs towards a meta P Luffy deck? I am in Canada and many cards from the meta deck are not readily available from my research. And there is also the budget issue, but I plan to build it gradually.
I have been collecting for a month now, so I had a few (very few) cards already. From these I thought of subbing in a St04-003 Kaido and an Ulti Mortar that I have lying around.
Also, how competitive are locals in general? I imagine this might be highly variable, but would I have any chance of winning a match (considering I know how to play) using the raw ST18 deck?
Any tips are welcome!!

Genuinely it’s so hard to call it quits. He threw everything away after three years and it took me 3 years to figure out how to enforce my boundaries and not be pushed over. Don’t get me won’t he was a great guy but also a weak guy, didn’t have control over his emotions he just blocked them out and didn’t know how to not neglect my emotions, especially when it was his fault. And not working hard at all! As a first real relationship we both learned a lot and I’m thankful.
I am not a quitter which was why this was so hard for me, I will always love him. When I figured out boundaries were not about controlling him but controlling my actions I took charge. I’m a very motivated gal who works hard and he doesn’t ! I’m very disappointed, discouraged and frustrated. After 3 years of working through things he could never loose his porn addiction or try to make something of himself and he was older than me! he knew going into this relationship that I would never budge on anti-porn and he never fought me on the idea but when I caught him he would lie to my face. Our sex life was greatly affected I have never met a man that I had a way higher sex drive than him. A couple days ago was my last straw. I want him back but I think it’s up to him to break no contact and be a better man for me I have never given up on him but I suffer for it. I know he loves me so much but if he really did why couldn’t he try for me or even fight for us ?

Hello everyone, I've recently just started making perfume (its been about 2 weeks), and I have already made a formula I am very satisfied with. Because of this, I was maybe a little confused because I have heard many people say it took them years of experience to get a good formula, and for me it only took a week or two. Maybe there is something wrong with my nose in terms of what smells good and bad (which I know is subjective) or maybe if my nose isn't trained properly but I do take breaks to reset my olifactive system.

Hi all, have just moved to Australia in January and am flabbergasted by the heat. While I’m here I’ve been using creams (Curel moisture balm and more recently, Hamilton Urederm) but I think they are way too heavy for summer, causing me to sweat and itch especially at night. Can anyone recommend light lotions to take care of my eczema during the Australian summer?
