 | (This is probably for newbies with money to spare) So my favourite passtime is capturing ships in space but when you get hit by 5 at a time and sometimes just with a couple, its hard to judge how many hits you give before they blows up on you. At least that was my problem. And even if you can disable engines on one ship and board it, when you capture it and return to your own ship the other ships fire on it or the captured ship fires on them eventually blowing up one of the ships. Ballistic Turrets are useless for this....UNLESS... Matilija has AUTO EMHS TURRETS. You can disable all ships and take them all at your leisure, at least in theory. These turrets disable all ship engines, weapons, reactors etc leaving them hanging. They cost a quarter of a mill each but they have a range of 60,000 and do 172 damage, so just get one and build up to 4 when you can afford. if your happy with your setup please disreguard but if not hope this helps. They are also gret for Starborn ships. Matilija Aerospace v 6.0. A while ago I tripped and fell on my closet door and it came off the track. Its a sliding door. For the past week my husband and I have tried to re install it several times . I have tried to find YouTube videos for this specific kind of door, no luck. Older apartment so this door could have very well been installed 40+ years ago. My husband spent almost 30 minutes straight trying to get it back on the track. He’s worked construction and remodeling and he has no freaking clue. So now we have this closet door just sitting around. It doesn’t look like any parts are missing or that you need any special tools. Would it be reasonable to call in maintenance for this? I won’t lie I half expect them to give up on it themselves lol.

tonight for dinner we got mexican food from a place that’s never bothered me before. they even told my dad that the chips weren’t safe for me cause of shared fryer. my ibs was activated earlier in the day bc of traveling, but even then my stomach didn’t hurt. after dinner i start getting horrible pain, bloating, rashes on my face. i haven’t thrown up, i’ve been glutened before and normally it would’ve happened by now so maybe it’s just cc. anyways i feel like shit and i have class tomorrow (im 18 and at community college right now, currently feeling grateful i haven’t transferred yet and have my parents) so we’ll see how the night goes 🫠 thank you for coming to my ted talk i just really needed to rant to people who can relate yk?

i have an infected nipple that was pierced for almost three years and randomly it got infected, i took the antibiotics and it seemed to have healed for the most part (the infection, not the irritation) so i took the piercing out after finishing the antibiotics like a week or so ago. now all of a sudden that nipple is super pussy and infected, hot and bleeding and in pain. i’m going to go to urgent care tomorrow afternoon, but is there any at home / non ‘medical’ remedies that can help speed up the healing process? i am open to any and all suggestions and advice pls & thank u <3

Pop culture in general has catered towards white girls for a while now. The NFL was simply late to the party, but they got on board and now the entire product is unwatchable. It's only going to get worse due to the alt right racial discrimination of the Trump administration too. The Detroit Lions fanbase is predominantly male with a huge African American population. The NFL is not going to reward our city any time soon due to the MAGA racism influence. Since white girl pandering is the current trend, and likely will be until the start of the 2030's, don't expect a Detroit Super Bowl anytime soon, if ever.Blame pop culture influence, and blame the Trump administration. A double whammy of bullshit.
Anyway, I'm done. Fuck the NFL. Good luck to y'all who choose to continue to watch a scripted choreographed product. Just know the Lions probably are never going to win it due to outside influences beyond their control. Not going to waste my time anymore.

2025.01.27 04:02 a1trooster1 How do you track your rides? MapMyRide seems inaccurate.
I am very new to this so please bare with me-
I recently bought a touring bike and have taken it on a few short rides around the nearing towns. My muscular endurance it's absolute trash so I want to keep track of the distance and average speeds of my rides. To do this, I'm using MapMyRide but I'm not very impressed with the data. I've done two routes, both A to B, then B to A, with breaks in between (separate sessions... if you get what I mean). I've noticed that both the Distance (miles) and calories burned (don't really care about this but I'm anal with data) are inconsistent. Like I mentioned, I'm very new to this. Haven't ridden a bike in years and have never tracked millage like this.
What FREE app does everybody use?
Bonus question- Any suggestions on a free training program to increase my muscular endurance? The only exercise I know is lifting heavy weight. Endurance is a new world for me.
Ride #1 A to B Distance: 2.38 miles Calories: 137 Elevation Gain: 0 ft (this is BS) mostly downhill Time: 00:10:38
B to A Distance: 2.34 miles Calories: 96 Elevation Gain: 118 ft Time: 00:15:49
Notes: A to B was super easy and mostly downhill. I could have coasted maybe 60% of the time. I'm not too upset about the 0.04 miles but...why? Also why such a big difference in the calories?
Ride #2 A to B Distance: 4.06 miles Calories: 193 Elevation Gain: 31 ft Time: 00:23:07
B to A Distance: 3.99 miles Calories: 157 Elevation Gain: 119 ft Time: 25:42

It's been snowing where I live for almost a month, and today I was attacked by a wasp. I just saw something flying at me at eye level, got scared and hit it, stung me in the chest, and was in my shirt when I was looking for the sting in the bathroom. There's still snow on the ground ant it was high 20's when it happened. Does anyone know why it was active and/or why it would come directly at me when all I was doing was sitting on my bed using my phone?
