In all these posts asking about what powers you'd want, is it generally assumed that if you get super strength that you have at least the durability that matches that level of strength? For example, if I have super strength that allows me to punch someone to the moon, but my arm disintegrates in the process, then obviously I don't want that shit. On the other hand, if my arm DOESN'T disintegrate, then that durability must also extend beyond just using the super strength, so essentially I should be able to take as much as I can dish out. To me, that's two separate super powers, but also if you don't get both then like what fucking good is super strength anyway? You could say the same about picking up something super heavy and your muscles are good but your back goes out.
Anyways, I know I'm overthinking it but like what are your thoughts

I'm 12 days in on a new save of the current update, and for over a week I have been getting them each day, often twice a day. I'm still somewhat new so I didn't really notice at first but it's really been hampering my workflow lol. Party wall agreement advice
Hey there,
Following planning approval after significant delays cause by neighbors, we finally are at a stage of processing with party wall agreements. Naively my husband and I drafted the party wall agreement from an online template but modified it (big mistake) and dropped it off to one of neighbors who we thought was more amicable. We quickly realized that the party wall form we had updated was incorrect, so we knocked at the neighbors (day after we had dropped off the document) and let them know we had made a mistake and they should disregard it and we will issue them an updated one, this time via surveyors. We sought surveyor advice and will now be serving the party wall agreement via the surveyor.
However, when we knocked at the neighbors this morning to inform him that we made a mistake and that he disregard the initial docs... he was extremely angry, and said what we have done is illegal, won't stand up in court and that we have threatened him. Note him and his wife are in their late 80s and are unhappy with our decision to do works in the garage where we share a wall.
We haven't started any works and aren't planning on doing anything till we have consent and all approvals in place.
I'm.highly stressed by the interaction this morning with her neighbor and now worried if legally he will cause us further problems? Appreciate any advice.
Update : we've since then issued notices via our surveyor, but have had no response from either neighbor following the completion of 14 days. Note the elderly neighbors are who we share a garage wall with.
Is there anyone who could give us some advice as I'm extremely worried with the pettiness and whether they will appeal our works.
Note : this is a repost from housing group as was hoping to get more responses.

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 5 years and we are having our first baby. We recently have figured out that we both feel strongly about which last name we want to use. For context, his last name is already hyphenated from his parents and I have a very simple last name in comparison. Originally we agreed to just drop one of his last names for our baby but he has since changed his mind and wants his entire hyphenated name to be passed down.
I don't want my child to have a hyphenated name and we cannot come to an agreement. I told him if we are hyphenating then it would only be fair to have my last name be to be part of the hyphenation. A part of me just wants to use my name since I am the one carrying our baby and we are not married and if we do get married one day, I plan on keeping my own name.
Has anyone had children with someone who already had a hyphenated name and what did you do? We need perspectives from outside our own families.

I’ve been a loyal Raf girl since the beginning, since release 🙈 but ever since Caleb’s release, I can’t stop thinking about his whole lore and just HIM 😭
Something about it is hitting me super hard, maybe because of the whole childhood friend dynamic.. every time Caleb brings up a memory from their past, and I remember their current situation, it breaks my heart. I think a big part of it is because this is the first time I’ve been able to get all of one LI’s content in one go (importance of saving for pulse hunter), so reading it all together helped me to understand everything a LOT better. It took me months to gather everyone else’s standard myths.. I only completed Xavier’s standard a few days ago LOL I prioritized Raf, but even so, his lore is quite confusing and takes some time to pick up.
He’s still my number one guy, always will be 🐟but Caleb easily went up to number two. It’s going to be tough passing up on his banners now 😭
How are you guys feeling since Caleb’s release?? Has he distracted you away from your main? Hahaha
