I have pretty bad posture and I’ve started doing some stretching videos that I’ve seen on YouTube but should I see a PT so they can show me specific stretches? I just don’t want to waste my money for them to show me stretches that I already know.

Right now I Have MIYABI/LIGHTER vs BURNICE/PIPER asking for her and she can't be in two places at the same time at deadly assault or even Shiyu.
I joined in the burnice banner so I won't have anybody before. Since then I missed only on Yanagi. I also have Astra Yao.
My concern is figuring out which of the teams needs Lucy the least and who to field instead.

I need a revolutionary change in my life. I want to move somewhere because it's where I want to be, not because it's just where life took me. This is difficult to do while needing to have a full time jobs to afford rent because I really can't travel different places. I might be able to do one day excursions to neighboring states on my days off but that's not the same. My lease is ending at the end of September, I have no debt and I have enough savings to get by for a few months. However, I'm very scared of wwoofing for a little bit with no backup plan especially because of how terrible the job market is currently. Also, the fact in order to qualify for an apartment you have to make 3 times the rent. Sure I could do a part time gig while doing WWOOF but that would probably hardly be enough to convince a landlord

I recently purchased a house 7 months ago and at the time I couldn't see that my neighbor had planted a new redwood tree. It is about 7-8 feet tall now. Our neighborhood has easements meaning his sideyard has direct access to 4' of property I own (he could touch the wall on my house if he desired from his backyard). I went ahead measured and right now the current small trunk of this tree is about 4.5-5 feet away from my house (located about 0.5-1 foot outside my property line).
Is a newly redwood planted within 4.5 to 5 feet away from my house/foundation going to be problematic?
I was debating offering to pay for the removal of the tree and possibly the replacement with something that isnt as intrusive, but don't want to start anything or make an enemy of my neighbor unless this is a genuine issue.

 | Look at the price I bought them for, then what I sold them for, unfortunately some retired and I don't have that info available to display but I'm certain I've sold over 15 gks for a profit of, 20 million and or double my transfer fee. They will never perform like the AI I've had 1 performance where my gk has made 5-8 saves like the AI does against me every 2nd and 3rd match. Seeing my gk concede nonsense balls, used to make me rage and I'd scout for and hour or so looking for replacements and waiting for scouting reports to come back, only for that gk to do the same. So I just started flipping. So I've just resorted to flipping gks, the AI seems to love to buy them from me so why not, I get rid of gks with near perfect stats but play like Sunday league gks and turn a profit, the AI gets a gk that if they have a good game against me, at least their attributes back it up. Sell your gks, they don't matter in FM, they'll concede within the AIs first 2 shots just because, irregardless of the xg of the shot or how well he is marked. it's not like gks have won matches by themselves in real life so why would FM care. Sell the gks and improve your other positions so that matches can go from 5-4 in your favour to 5-2 because the AI greatly limited the amount of first chances the AI gets against you but your gk will still FM gk. The moment I see interest I'll just sell and you should too, it's not like GKs like Nick Pope or Oblak or De Gea haven't single handled saved their teams so why would your gk do the same. I took chelsea from debt before I joined and via flipping players mostly gks, and now I have a transfer budget of 1.1 billion after 8 seasons. No gk has spent more than 2 seasons with me, because the game is built in a way that makes you value gks less. Lastly, there are positions and players in my team I'd never sell because they perform 9/10 it's only the GK that never matches AI gks and their super keeper tendencies, irregardless of their attributes and hidden traits. Thr math engine seems to struggle producing good gks or just doesn't care because they can perform against you with 3rd division level gks so that's why the engine seems to by my gks for crazy fees.
