Hi everyone,
I’m writing this because I feel so lost right now and need to talk to someone who has been through this. My dad has gastric cancer that has metastasized to nearly all of his organs, including his lungs. I’ve been taking care of him since November, and these past months have been the most stressful and heartbreaking of my life.
It’s so hard to watch someone you love die right in front of your eyes. The way his body looks now, the way he behaves—it’s like he’s become a completely different person, almost like a child. We have pictures of him around the house, and seeing how much he has changed in just a year has been shocking and devastating for me.
Right now, he’s in hospice care, and he’s going through all the steps they describe in the booklet they give you when someone is nearing the end of their life. He hasn’t fully lost his mind yet, but he says things that aren’t normal, and I don’t know if it’s from the cancer or the medications I’m giving him.
I have so many emotions—grief, frustration, and exhaustion—and even though I have a good support system, they’re not physically here with me. The family I do have nearby has only created drama during this process, so I don’t even want to involve them anymore.
I just feel so alone and overwhelmed, and I don’t know how to deal with all of this. If anyone has been through something similar, I would really appreciate hearing from you—how you coped, how you managed caregiving, or even just what to expect next.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. It means a lot to know there might be people out there who understand what I’m going through.

I'm making a film where we have 2 scenes, but it's a continuous take, where we go from day to night. I was planning on simply having 2 cues and putting a fade on cue 2, but I found out I now need to allow for a stop motion segment during that fade, where now I need to break up that fade into 50 steps... Is there an easy way to do this other than dividing each light's values by 50 steps and making 50 new cues?

I think it's reassuring to know the dev is in touch very frequently and even hosts voice chats to answer questions and get to know who is joining! Oh, and the dev has locked in their supply for a year! :) They have a separate group in the telegram to talk with the whales to prevent crashing too. You can't prevent everyone from selling, but the recovery is almost instantaneous and we have been breaking new ATHs basically every day. You should at least give us a sniff :)

2025.01.27 05:19 Hazed_Person2908 I just got Faust's Ardor Blossom Star ID, is it good?
So, I just recently started playing Limbus Company, and it's pretty good tbh. Plus, it's a gacha game.
I'm going to take a guess that what I got is the highest rating of characters (three zeroes) or whatever you call it, five star character in Genshin term. If this is the case though, am I lucky for getting it in 32 (10+10+2+10) pulls? Probably. I also got it along with another three zeroes of Meursault.
My only problem with Faust's ID though is that, while it has good damage (consistent 30% to 50% team damage), her self-burn doesn't seem good.. Bad if you don't clear dungeons fast enough, and definitely will become worst the later I go into the game. Her self-burn can rise to 50 stacks easy.
I just wanted to get the opinions of Reddit experts here so that they can aleviate some of my concerns and questions. I feel they should have a healing passive for this ID.

Hi, I'm in the process of getting a new fence and thought it would be beneficial to have a unifi access system. I don't have any existing unifi products and so no means of hosting the access/secure applications. I have looked at getting the cloud key plus, however it seems a bit pricey and very defiantly overkill for my needs. I heard somewhere that you can run the controller on a raspberry pi however the only application I have ever seen it running is network. Any help would be much appreciated!
