My (29F) boyfriend Richard (32M) has a younger brother Dennis (30). Dennis has a girlfriend Marie (40), we celebrated her birthday Friday night. At the party were quite a few of Dennis and Marie’s friends and inner circle, including Holly (30ishF).
Richard is regularly encouraging me to make friends, as I am a bit introverted and only have a few close friends myself.
Context: I had already met and talked to most of their friends present, specifically Holly. She and I had gotten along really well.
The next month Dennis would be having a birthday as well and some of their out of state family was going to surprise visit. Dennis has no idea and it was a big secret being kept from him. I promise this is important.
Back to Friday night, we had been drinking and Richard, one of his friends, Holly and I went to sit in my car. I was feeling extremely good about my budding friendship with Holly and knew that she was extremely close to Dennis and Marie and had known them longer than I’ve been around. I made the decision to mention the family coming to surprise visit next month, something I thought she already knew being so close to them.
Richard immediately becomes upset, and we have an argument right then about how I was suppose to keep it a secret. I thought nothing of it and brushed it off, Holly swore she wouldn’t say anything and the rest of the night was fun. Holly expressed several times she wouldn’t say anything, that could trust her, and the day after confirmed again she wouldn’t tell anyone anything we had talked about because “it was none of their business”.
Sunday night, Richard receives a message from Marie that I am no longer invited to Dennis’ birthday party because the moment Holly was alone with them after the party, she “spilled the tea” (her wording) about Richard and I arguing. Marie said she had to know why, and was surprised when Holly told Dennis to his face about the plans. And Marie has decided that she’s going to uninvite the person responsible for Dennis finding out, which is me.
I am devastated. Holly lied to my face several times when I begged her not to say anything to anyone. I’m now being ousted from all family events (Marie hosts all of them) because she doesn’t want me around her. She specifically told Richard “I dont blame you for telling her because significant others can know, but it’s your girlfriend’s fault he found out because she was talking about things to my inner circle that wasn’t her business”.
Richard is furious. He clarified to me he was upset when I told Holly because he knew she couldn’t keep anything to herself if it meant causing drama, but didn’t want to tell me and ruin my perception of these people I wanted to be friends with. Richard has refused to go to the party if I’m uninvited because they’re blaming the wrong person, since I didn’t tell Dennis and shouldn’t be punished for trusting THEIR friend.
I genuinely had good intentions and had no idea this would happen. Richard says the reason I’m being held responsible is because Holly is inner circle and I never have been. No one else in their family (including Dennis) will comment.
TLDR: I exposed a birthday surprise to a close friend of the person, who lied to me and immediately told him about the plans. His girlfriend is blaming me solely and doesn’t want me around any family events.

I finally took the plunge and purchased the ECM Mechanika Max, pairing it with the Oro Single Dose Pro! Since UPS dropped them off last Wednesday, this setup has been cranking out shots non-stop. My only prior experience with espresso machines was the Ninja Luxe Cafe, which did all the work for me. I owned it for three weeks last November before returning to Best Buy. So, I was determined to pull as many shots as possible over the past five days to really work on the art of espresso-making.
With that in mind, I snagged a 2-pound bag of Lavazza espresso from Costco to power through before diving into coffee beans from my local roaster. Fast forward to tonight—Sunday night—and I can confidently say that I’m crafting what I believe is absolutely amazing (drinkable) espresso! Sacrificing those 2 pounds of Lavazza was totally worth it. The journey has been exhilarating, and I can’t wait to keep perfecting my skills!

I assume because the redraw for ch195 released, that means ch 196 to 211 have been dumped into the retco drive.
Is it unusual for some scans to simply not load? I was up to ch205 when 195 re-released today. Not a big deal, I suppose, I don't mind waiting for redraws to release if that's the case.
Tangentially, is the wc worth reading instead in the meantime? How different is it?

Sooo....i have never been into meditation, astral projection, or anything along these lines. About 1.5 weeks ago i was going down a rabbit hole online and that is how i discovered the gateway experience and the tapes. I need some advice/help with what i saw please
I laid down by myself in my room with zero distractions. I was listening and doing what the tapes said to do. Then the guy said aomething about how everything would be revealed to me on the count of 3. When he said the number 3, i felt my body suck down to the bed and saw myself shoot out of it, through the roof, up through the sky, and out through the stars. As i felt my eyes moving all over the place unvoluntarily, next thing i know, i am floating in the stars. As i looked around myself i saw a purple cloud appear and disappear. It looked like it had a shape at first but i couldnt make it out, almost like it was rolling. The cloud thing worked its way towards me, appearing then disappearing then reappearing again repeatedly. Evently, it made its way to me and a huge white snake creature came out of it. It told me to hold onto it without actually opening its mouth to tell me. Then it flew me to a large blue planet with lots of clouds on it. In front of the planet was a large space station looking thing that was kind of shaped like a beehive and the bottom was a large flat skirt of gold and silver panels in the shape of triangles and rectangles. I remember asking for them to show me everything and tell me everything and when i did that, the edges of the panels folded in and pointed at me. Next thing i know, the guy on the tape was telling me to wake up and i was pulled out of this place.
I want to clarify, i am not on any medications, i dont smoke or drink, i dont do drugs, and was completely sober in every way when i did this. I dont even dream in general and this really caught me off guard. I have not gone back and listened to the tape again yet. Is this a normal experience? What does it mean? Has anyone experienced anything like this? Pleas enlighten me everyone. I am open to anything that is helpful. Thank you so much!

Considering trading in my S22 Ultra, I've been with samsung since S10, but as everyone has said, the S25 is uninspired, and far from the upgrade I was hoping.
That being said, I'm still considering the upgrade as I can get a good trade value towards the S25 Ultra.
My choices are said S25 Ultra for little cost, Pixel 9 Pro XL for "free" (upgrade my verizon plan), or I'm considering the Oneplus 13, though I've seen conflicting posts about whether or not it is truly compatible with Verizon's BYOD.

PllllllZ help me find this bl webtoon didn't expect for it to be this long but i gave all i remeber from the book in hopes that it might help. I can't remember the name and even downloaded reddit because Google wasn't any help. so here is how I remembered it so it starts off with this boy who is going to school because he feels its the only way to make grandparents proud (I think grandparents because his dad died). On his way he is on this transportation bus to get to the city and meets this stranger. they talk for a bit and then he finds out that stranger was a wanted criminal worth lots. People on the bus over hears (btw the two characters is on top of the bus at this point). He yell that facted out loud that's why they heard. So bus stops and the people wants to catch the criminal and make money so the two characters get off the bus and find another way to the city. I forgot how they even did it's been a real long time since I last red it but they make it to the city bid farewell and part there ways for a bit. So I'm skipping some parts in the story because I forgot a lot of stuff. Anyway they meet again but the cr is dressed as the school janitor to get back at the teacher for not paying full and make a plan with his partner to still I think money and some pen and the boy found put that the criminal partner is the same person who I think is the reason why his dad died or went to jail but that's how far I got before my phone died. If you read all this you are wild and amazing hope this helps cuz I really need it.

I'm trying to find easy meals for my parents. They need Northern European style bland bland bland non-spicy boring food. NO spice. They don't even like pepper.
And the meals should pretty much just pop in the microwave or oven with no prep or time spent chopping stuff up. Needs to deliver to California.
My mom has a back thing that makes it hard to stand up for lengths of time, and my dad would rather them go broke on Door Dash. Would like to find something easy and bland for them, for at least a few meals each week.
I'm trying to make them some meals each week too, but I'm already cooking every day for my own household and I have two jobs, so it's a bit much.
