2025.01.27 16:58 JoeMama1259 Any way to automatically set resolution on startup?
Ok so my pc is really fucked up. It's made of a bunch of scrap parts I found for free on gumtree so I have a lot of weird issues.
A big one being that about 80% of the time I turn on my PC the resolution is set to 640x480. I can't change this in the windows settings so I must open the AMD adrenalin app and set a custom resolution of 1920x1080.
Is there any way to automate this or just fix the issue entirely?
I am using a Radeon RX 590 if it helps to know.

Hey everyone, so the last probably 7 years I’ve dealt with Sciatica and Slipped disks in my lower back. About 2 years ago I fell down some hard steps and messed up my tailbone. And I also fell of a 14 foot ladder landing on my legs and messed up my right hip. So I do a lot of compensating to my left leg while standing or walking.. Standing for more than 5 minutes and I get that dull ache pain in my lower back which then aggravates the hip/Sciatica. Fast forward. My job requires heavy lifting from time to time. (Fire extinguisher and Hood Technician) Sometimes I have to carry heavy tanks up ladders. I don’t have an issue picking them up but when going up a ladder my legs feel real weak especially my right leg.. Anybody know of exercises I can use to build strength back in my legs without aggravating my hip/ Sciatica pain.? I do all the normal stretching to try and achieve a pain free moment.. sometimes the stretch just hits that spot and I wanna just stay stuck because of the sensation.. Any recommendations are appreciated!

I’m slowly losing my sanity and we need help! We sleep trained our daughter with the course at 5 months. She is now 17 months. She has fallen asleep on her own consistently since sleep training. Although she has never been great about sleeping through the night. We will go through periods where she will sleep through the night for a couple months and then we’ll have a month or so where she’ll wake once, but will go back to sleep easily with a bottle or some pats on the back. That was until this past month…. All of a sudden she has been needing help getting to sleep with rocking or us sitting next to her crib for bedtime and naps. Which is so unusual for her. When we go to lay her down she freaks out and starts screaming and reaching for us. When that started she also started waking up in the middle of the night so upset and inconsolable. Half of the time she goes back to sleep with help and the other times she is wide awake and has no interest in going back to sleep. There has been multiple nights where she is awake for 3-4 hours… I am at a complete loss of what to do. Crying it out and trying to resleep train her has resulted in her throwing up, crying for an hour plus (only for us to go get her) or us just letting her be awake till she gets tired again. Please help 🙏🏼
Here is her schedule:
Wake around 7am Eat breakfast 8am Nap 11:30/12 (will sleep for 2-2.5 hours) Lunch immediately after nap Snack 4pm Dinner 6pm Bath 6:45pm Bedtime 7:30pm
