31F here for vacation until end of February. Been wanting to take golf seriously, I didn’t bring my golf clubs but want to try your indoor golf simulators (polar vortex hates me so indoor it is!) Any recos? (I might get a driver similar to what I have back at home, but places where there’s cheap club rental would be the best)

2025.01.27 17:12 sennyonelove When did you resume exercising/doing light cardio post-op?
I did mine six days ago (no scapel) and felt good from the first day although I have followed the post-op care instruction to the letter, including taking it easy for the first seven days post-op. Without any symptoms (didn't have any even on the first day) getting better, I'm not sure what to use as a signal that the boys are healed and ready for some more movement.
