My wife and I will be welcoming our second child soon, and for a while, the baby’s crib will be in our bedroom with us and our dog.
Our 4 Y.O. lab has a snoring problem. He is healthy and on-weight, with two standard dog beds that he alternates throughout the night. We run a humidifier throughout the night as well.
He is too loud to coexist with a baby. Any tips/tricks you’ve found helpful to stop or help with snoring?

Hi all. I built a stewmac 5f1 recently, and it was working great for a few months, then recently would make an intense crackling sound. It doesn't occur if I play at low volumes, but getting up to around 6 and hitting the strings with some force it'll crackle anywhere from 1-10 seconds without any musical sound to it. I looked through some posts about similar problems, decided it was probably the tubes, and tried tapping them to see if it elicited the sound. Tapping any of the tubes, including preamp, caused the sound. I bought a replacement preamp tube, as it seemed like that's a common issue, but it didn't fix the problem. I'm not wanting to replace the other tubes yet until I do more troubleshooting. Any other advice before replacing them?
