Context: I've been taking my TB meds religiously 30mins before eating breakfast for 4 months now.
However, I took mine earlier after eating as I totally forgot about my meds.
(I fasted for a stomach ultrasound for my annual check-up then the doctor (not my tb doctor) instructed me to eat and drink after the first scan to complete the scan.)
Is this okay? Should I be worried? Thank you. (My TB doctor is not replying yet probably because it is a holiday in my country right now).

How difficult is it to get DAS nowadays? I have severe ADHD and pretty mild aspergers (now considered mild autism). I am also a type 1 diabetic but that isn't a qualification anymore. DAS has been a godsend for me and my family managing my difficulties. Anyone have experience with the new DAS rules and can offer advise?

I know I will probably get downvoted for this since they are a well known and trusted vendor (and I have ordered from them in the past too with no issues), but I had to post this here since I was a bit frustrated with my customer service interaction. Early January I placed a very large order during their new years sales and it came very quickly, however I noticed a few items were incorrect which they were quick to refund which I'm grateful for.
However, I noticed I was missing some springs which they refused to refund or replace. I was shown a pre-packing photo with the springs visible, but the fact remains I did not receive them on my end. I understand they may be trying to cover themselves by following policy and procedure but I really don't think it would hurt them that much to refund me $3 usd after placing an order that was over $400~ usd. I've shopped at many other vendors who wouldn't hesitate to replace something without hesitation so I'm a bit miffed with this interaction.
TLDR: Prototypist refused to refund me $3 usd springs because they insisted they were in the pre-packing photos.
