I need some advice- I’ve been experiencing intense anxiety at work and think it’s contributing to me making more mistakes than I normally would.
I’ve been working with my current exec for around a year and in that time she has almost never said thank you or gives me any positive feedback. When it comes to planning things like onsite team activities, workshops etc, she will hardly give me any instructions and then will in phases rip anything I give her apart and constantly move the goal posts. Sometimes there are misunderstandings on her instructions and even when I apologize, she will instead move the goal post again and will say that she actually wants something completely different now. I try to get as much information about things up front, but she will often force me to run every detail by her. But then when I get anxious about making decisions other times she’ll say that I need to be “more empowered to make changes”.
Another team member will ask me to set up a sync and I’ll name it the project name and she’ll look at it in disgust on the calendar and go “…well I wouldn’t have called it THAT”. Another time this week I sent her a menu for lunch to order for an onsite and she snapped at me that I need to give her only a few items to pick from for food but has never given me any insight on her food (she doesn’t even normally eat lunch just fasts). She also nitpicks my messages a lot. I’ll say “next Wednesday at the project name onsite” and she will write back “it’s project name leadership summit… 🙂”.
I’m trying hard to keep my notes in check and do things the way she wants it just is hard on me mentally. I feel extremely stressed out to the point where I make a bunch of silly mistakes at work. If things don’t go exactly how she wants, she will get extremely frustrated in her responses towards me. I understand I’m not perfect and I do make mistakes both big and small but sometimes I’m genuinely anxious to face her due to her reactions to things not going her way.
If anyone has had a similar dynamic with their exec, what are ways I can work on this relationship? Also any advice on how to lessen anxiety at work? Thank you all, I really appreciate this community.

I’ve been noticing something about myself for awhile and never really said anything about it to most people. The small number of people are convinced I’m imagining it, and maybe I am.
Has it ever seemed to anyone like the world moves slower than “normal”? Music that I know sounds like it’s playing slower than I remember. It feels like my reflexes are faster. Everyone around me is moving, speaking, and thinking slower than usual.
I don’t know, maybe it’s connected to the bipolar? It used to be an intermittent feeling, but it’s been more persistent over the past couple of months.

Hi investph!
I would like to get your advice please.
I am currently paying for a 21sqm Studio Condo which was turned over last 2023. It is on a 15 year mortgage with the bank. I know that I would have to coordinate with the bank for the process however am very keen to hear your thoughts on this dilemma I have.
To be honest, I am leaning towards surrendering the property to the bank and just cut the losses because my plans for the future have changed and do not see myself occupying it nor go through the trouble of renting it out. I just want it off my mind and my bills so I can more efficiently plan for other things in my life.
Some family members are pushing me to go through the pasalo process but is it worth it? I know there are certain fees that I would have to pay as a buyer and am wondering if the funds I could potentially recoup is worth the length of the process given that I have only been paying for almost 2 years?

Ever since my scalp was damaged by perming and dyeing, I’ve had ongoing hair loss accompanied by seborrheic dermatitis. After a dermatoscope examination, the doctor diagnosed it as TE (telogen effluvium) and SD . The doctor mentioned that TE usually starts some time after perming or dyeing, but in my case, it began immediately after the scalp damage and has lasted for nearly ten months now, with significant hair volume loss. Could this hair loss be caused by seborrheic dermatitis?

My headcannon is that the Iliad is the only book Isaac ever read while he was alive. He brings it up constantly when trying to sound smart and worldly or trying to connect with other people. Books were very expensive when he was alive and the military didn't pay well.
I could be wrong. It could just have been his "special interest" before he discovered dinosaurs.

Hiya.
So a bit of bg on me. I have completed BG3 a few times and have just finished Rogue Trader (which i absolutely love) for the first time. I have played D&D and other rpgs on the table before, but never Pathfinder at all.
I have tried out WOTR for a few hours after I got it on sale, but I got really disinterested after experiencing the character building and the combat as it didn't feel very fun and "cinematic" to me.
However as I hear often how good WOTR's story is, I'm really hoping to experience it for myself.
Thus I would like to ask does anyone have tips on how to play the game haha.
I personally want to experience the story and characters most, but it is a video game and I do enjoy combat. I loved Rogue Trader's combat and even though levelling up was sometimes a chore in reading all the options, I feel that it was intuitive and easy enough for me to understand.
I know that I can just decrease the difficulty level, but I have heard about the prebuffing complaints and to be really honest, it is not something I want to do, even with Toybox.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
