Did the fight with a friend and we lost once on a knowledge check. 2nd time we came prepped and absolutely dumpstered it. Tried a solo run to check the viability of other weapons and oh my lord. That fight in solo is brutal if you dont bring a shotgun. biggest problem in solo is the doppelghast. light mend is what you should use just to kill it faster. save a mutant injection for the final part with the amalgam. In co-op its so much easier as you can plan for the amalgam and doppelghast. I heavily recommend the asg with no dragons breath for this fight. and to use the ice staff to cover your damage opportunities on the boss. most of the boss fights so far every weapon has been decent. but not here. explosives cannot damage the boss at all. so if you are bringing one focus on killing hvts and covering your allies doing dps. last bit. once the boss starts to approach the top door and has multiple lasers firing at it. it means its a final stand and you need to kill it once it is tangible and stuck above the door. you have alot of time but dont goof around. if you dont kill it you will die.

As someone who’s played Planetside on PlayStation now for 5 years I wanted to post and see what the community thinks of the state of the game and if we’ll ever get any more updates for PlayStation. For the PC players here some context, our last major update was the arsenal update in 2022 adding attachments and a couple new vehicles weapons, we haven’t had any holiday updates since Auraxmis 2021 and we haven’t received any bundles since the ones that release alongside Oshur and we haven’t gotten Esamir back in rotation since the closure of shattered warpgate campaign. So my question is does the community think PlayStation will receive updates anytime soon or is it doomed to slowly die without any updates?

I'm on Xbox Series X, and need some good UI mods to really bring everything together.
Something clean, but shows everything. Unique, not a recreation of another game's UI, and doesn't reduce the size of things to the point of making it hard to see, or shove it too far out of the way that I miss/don't notice things.
The UI section of the mods page doesn't seem to have anything good, and just searching up "HUD" or "UI" doesn't get me anything, either. It honestly doesn't seem like the search function even works properly. :/
I'm struggling to find anything good by myself, so some recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙂
