Minha namorada 21m tem medo dos pais, temos um relacionamento a distância escondido, ambos somos maiores de idade eu tenho 26m, quando fui ver ela passei uma semana na cidade dela e só nos vimos durante 2 dias, isso pq ela passou um dia inteiro comigo e foi confrontada pelos pais querendo saber o que tinha feito já que ela nunca sai de casa. Agora estou planejando ir vê-la novamente mas passarei 20 dias e estou com medo de novamente gastar com isso pra no final mal ficar junto pois ela não consegue confrontar os pais ou arrumar desculpas para ficar comigo. Isso me deixa bem triste, não sei muito bem o que fazer.

2025.01.30 06:40 DavidFel250 When Alt Coin Season??
Ok ok I know the alt coin market has been pretty crappy these last couple months and TBH I am not in that much profit on my alt coin bags after being in them for what seems like forever. BUT regardless of that I do believe that we are going to see a surge in the price of alt coins within the next couple months and here's why:
a. So now that a pro crypto government has been elected, they have been making waves in the crypto space with talks of no capital gains on Bitcoin and other cryptos that are American made like Solana, Cardano, Avalanche, XRP. There's even talks of altcoin ETFs to be created. All very bullish signs for alt coins.
b. Also, if we look at Bitcoin Dominance (BTCD) on Tradingview, it’s a huge predictor of whether alt coins are going to be on the uptrend. In the previous bullrun BTC ran to all time highs, and kind of topped out. That’s when the whales and institutions decided to pull their profits from BTC and funnel them into the alt coins market which had a higher potential for upside than BTC.
c. BTCD is on an absolute tear and doesn’t seem to be slowing down, so that’s why we’re seeing a delayed alt season.
d. I also believe we won’t see as exponential returns as we did in the previous cycle on alts because the market is so saturated with 100s of thousands of tokens. BUT one could argue that there will be more capital coming into the crypto with more institutional and bank capital coming into the crypto space. So no one really knows, maybe I just have bear market PTSD from the last cycles top and round tripping my bags.
e. BUT I think with all the bullish things coming in for the crypto and alt coin space we will see BTC top out and BTCD drop significantly in the next 6 months. WE JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT.
f. Tips for this bullrun to maximize your gains: Learn how to do technical analysis on Tradingview, even if you are just a spot investor, this way you can time your entries and exits better.
g. Also learn fundamental analysis as that is WHAT moves the market, technical analysis is HOW the market moves.
Even with making some great profit last year and this year, this has been a tough bull market to play so far it seems, or maybe I’m just paying too much attention to it. Looking for feedback and your guys thoughts on the current market environment and potential scenarios for the next 6 months.

She asked me to set it up for her and when I first turned it on there was a blue screen error. It went away on its own then started up properly, but at another point when she was shutting it off something popped up again. I didn't get to see it as it went away too quickly.
Then when she was playing Guild Wars 2 today the game crashed and it said something about the graphics card.
It seems like a lot of weird issues popping up for something brand new. Should we keep it to try and find a fix, exchange it for another one, oe return it and get something else?

I'm pretty new to this and just guessing. Are scopes a crutch or are they widely regarded as part of the hobby/trade? Does shooting without a scope help your aim or is that not really applicable given the distance? Or would they be almost different disciplines? Just learning!

i drive for a living so pretty much all of my reading is done via audiobooks. i mostly use Audible, but i see theres really no English narration for the original novel available. does a good English narrated audiobook of the original novels exist?
i do know of the Podcast, listening through it currently. i was just interested in a direct translation of the original novel.

But most of these are the popular ones from the respective bands, which I found mostly from hollywood movies. Since I don't personally know anyone with a similar taste, I would like to know if you have any recommendations for me. I liked these songs mostly for their compositions.

So admittedly, I'm a relatively new manager. I'm essentially posting here as I feel like I'm doing some hing wrong, but I'm struggling to put my finger on it. Few bullet points fo context:
- currently doing a management qualification
- chartered accountant
- currently going through audit (year end was December close), and starting on Jan month end
We have weekly huddles, where important stuff is rolled out so we e have a chance to discuss. Any changes to month end reporting, key deadlines coming up, site visits from senior management etc.
Also, of specific tasks need doing, I tend to email them out, or if they're high profile mention them in the huddle and then send a follow up email. If it's a deadline that's a while out, I'll make sure to send further reminder emails as appropriate. Could be as part of mentioning it on the huddle with a follow up email, or just the email at a sensible time (eg half way to the deadline) as well as mentioning it here and there in the office.
Problem is, stuff doesn't seem to be getting done. Even by my better team members.
Eg, leading up to the audit both myself and my line manager has been involved in the balance sheet checks. One of the key things is to make sure everything has support. This was first highlighted 3 months before month end and was reiterated regularly.
I explicitly asked everyone in their balance sheet reconciliations if they had everything supported, as did my manager.
I asked it in various ways over the months, to give the message the best chance of getting through:
- have you got support for everything
- is there evidence for every balance on here
- everything is ready for the auditors
- is there anything that may cause a p oblem if the auditors ask
- do you need any support in escalating to confirm support
In the past I have spot checked random elements, but due to the size of the files, it would be a huge amount of time to review them in depth for every code. Plus, it would be quite "micro manager"-y.
My problem is that it's making me feel like I "should" be micro managing them. But that's often considered the wrong thing to do.
Am I off the mark here?
