Hello everyone,
When I was working full time, I received a monthly fixed travel reimbursement from my company. When I went on full sick leave, this benefit obviously stopped.
My question is: since I have been reintegrating and going to the office for a few days per week, don’t I have the right to a partial travel reimbursement? Does any of you have experience with this matter?

 | One of my teammates knows I enjoy using pumps and he sold me a KP3 he won a few years ago. I'm planning on using it for playing against renters because they get nervous seeing my other rigs. As a side note, I went ahead and bought the Dye reg seats for it. I also ordered a 50 rnd hopper and the GOG multi caliber hopper (I hear that hopper holds 100 rounds) he also gave me 3 50 rnd pods and the pod pack that they came with. I'd like to know your thoughts on this! Because I've seen both approaches, where some people will usr color correction and then apply foundation, sometimes giving the corrector time to dry or set it with spray or powder, and others prefer to blend them (like applying tiny dots of both all over and then lightly brushing things together).

My boyfriend and I have been together for around 1 and a half years. There have been ups and downs due to his & my struggles. He has depression & I struggle with reoccurring depressive episodes & anxiety.
Right now my boyfriend is struggling. He has been unhappy with his job for a while now. His coworkers are super mean and just bring him down even more. I suggested he should look for another place but he declined and said its just a few more weeks. Then I said that he should call in sick if it gets too much for him.
Something else happened a few days ago and it not only upset my partner but me aswell. It's too personal but it's about his mother and a decision she made. My boyfriend feels betrayed, hurt and just mad. It feels like his mother has let him down. Overall she has been quite toxic. Just an example: she showed me a nude of herself when I met her for the first time "by accident". He decided to cut off all ties with her. I support his decision & try to be there for him to help him get over it.
Well, my boyfriend opened up to me a few days ago and told me he has been drinking every day for weeks now because he just feels so bad with all of this shit happening. It shocked me and I am very, very concerned. I am happy that he opened up to me, I told him that I am proud of him to tell me that & that his awareness is a good thing. But what can I do now?
Another thing is, that I know that he usually withdraws from me whenever he feels super bad. It really makes me feel insecure because I just need a lot of assurance. Should I let him know that I am hurt by it or not? I don't want to burden him even more with my feelings. But I'm scared that I will be unhappy, if I don't open up. What are your thoughts?
Today he wrote: I feel like total shit, be prepared that I'm out of it for the next 2 weeks. I am ready to support him. I'll write loving notes and leave them in his shoes so he will see them when he leaves for work, I'll buy him snacks, cuddle with him, listen and try to cheer him up. But all of this might not reach him. Do you think my support helps?
Also, is it okay for me to distance myself if it gets too much for me? Like I said, I am very happy to support him in any way I can but I also need to take care of myself. I don't know if distancing is okay in a situation like this. He needs my support, right? How should I handle this, do you have any advice? Thank you in advance!

I play at 1440p and my system is a 3080 10gb 5600 x 500gb nvme boot drive 1tb game drive 1tb sata drive 750 watt psu 16 gb 3600 ram Windows and my Drivers are current
I notice it in Blackmyth wukong,Fortnite,Elden Ring and the new pc release FF7 Rebirth. It mainly happens in grassy areas and bushes. I can easily upgrade to 32gb but I want to make sure it's the ram first.

30m earning 100k, with a 25% bonus and 70k of RSUs vesting next month which would put my total income this year around 200k
I have 200k in my pension, 70k in S&S ISA and 30k in premium bonds for our emergency fund. 320k left on mortgage.
I currently sacrifice 20% into my pension, and my company matches up to 10% so my adjusted income is about 180k
My wife is a basic rate tax payer and we have a 2 month old baby, so I'm also thinking about childcare costs and the 100k taper, though that won't be until next tax year. Wife's pension is almost nothing. We also want to move to our forever home in 3 or so years which will probably double the amount we need to borrow
I have the option to sacrifice my bonus directly into my pension which I've done before and am considering doing again, but even if I did that I'd have to contribute another 30k or so to get under 100k, and would probably have to use up almost all our emergency fund to do so or take from our ISA so I'm not sure what's really the best option here
I'd like to retire around 50-55, and my pension has a protected age of 55

Is this a symptom of dry eye? Or is this something more serious. I seriously can’t look at my phone for more than 30 minutes without my eyes developing double vision. I’m starting to get really worried about this and I don’t know what to do about it.
I’ve been to an optometrist who’s said I’ve got quite dry eyes. Tbut of 3 seconds. I’ve also noticed eye floaters over the past couple of months but the optometrist said they weren’t dangerous.
I’m so paranoid about my sight now though and I don’t know what’s of real concern and what’s not. Whenever I see floaters I’m struck with anxiety. And whenever I get this double vision same thing. I don’t know what to do and am completely freaking out.

I don’t know what to do. My father keeps abusing me and I tried calling the police but they didn’t do shit. They let him go after 30 minutes and I left for a week to stay at my brothers house but he doesn’t even have his own stable living place. And my mom is a homeless drug addict, who my father also abuses when she decides to show up, and the siblings from my father’s side don’t take me seriously, saying it’s discipline. But I’ve been emotionally and physically abused. And I had to go to school the next day. And I get forced to do shit that I’m too tired for. I try to use my phone as an escape but I barely talk to my friends. I just want to give up. So bad. I had to live with him after my mother became homeless. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to be mistreated and sometimes hit regularly. I try to keep my mouth shut but I can’t even express my own opinion. I just want to end it. Or atleast escape.
