So I am a fresher and recently got placed in WIPRO, it's a HRO process and the package is just 3.08 LPA, and the work location is also either Gurgaon or Noida, for which I will have to relocate and search for a room or pg and other stuff, the in hand salary will be around 21.5K and almost 50% of salary if not more will be gone towards rent and food, I'm not complaining but yes it would be difficult, I am currently pursuing BBA, joining a government job is like a goal for me at this moment, but I have in the back of my mind, taking CAT and doing MBA as a backup, I need guidance from someone who can relate to or can see clearly what could be the next obvious step, is it to join the job, or take up CGL preperation more seriously, I know Asking for advice for this much personal decision feels wrong, but when overwhelmed with different things focus becomes miopic, and it's always a good decision to take advice from someone who has first hand experience for the same.

I wanna know if taking my baby to the groomer is the right option here. My dog(Cocker Spaniel) is technically my parents dog but they don't groom her because she hates it so much. I ussally give her a bath once a month (she doesn't like it but will sit for it fine) because her floppy ears are so prone to infection. She's a very good girl but she struggles with other dogs and will not be friendly to them and aggressive behavior when her nails are cut and mats are cut she gets mats behind her ears and I feel so bad because I don't wanna not give her the care she needs but she's so aggressive about her mats and nails and will lash out that's why I wanna take her but I'm not sure if that's a good option. She's very good with people and she loves meeting people and when kids pet her, she understands hand gestures, verbal commands like sit, throw, hands, stay, speak and more, she's whistle-trained, and is okay with being picked up. I'm most worried about the other dogs at the groomers because her aggressive behavior towards them I know groomers are used to dogs that don't do well with grooming. Is it a bad idea to take her to the groomer

I know they stopped the pathetic excuse for a patreon years ago, but one of the reasons I originally came to this subreddit was because of how angry they made me by ripping us off for so long and not apologizing or anything?? I NEVER give money to pods or extras like that because it’s gotta feel like I’m not getting scammed. I’m nervous about it. Got pay rent yk? Just very cautious. Anyway. I decided to support them (this was their early days when we actually enjoyed their content). They seemed like ladies that cared.
Additionally, we were also promised things and extra episodes? But all we got was an occasional “Are you afraid of the dark” and some deleted episodes. And then no uploaded content until they were like 🤷♀️ sorry, there are too many of you and we are overwhelmed. I gave them a year of my money and a year of the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t trash scammers.
It was crazy that they weren’t sorry that they scammed us and felt entitled to our money!?!? because they work “soooooo hard” on those scripts about murdered victims. It really rubbed me the wrong way.
Anyway, I learned my lesson on trusting online influences. It also taught me how toxic and exploitative this genre is to its audience. Their audience is mostly women who don’t feel safe going out alone ffs.
I just wanted to know if a similar experience brought anyone else here?
And I know it was my money to give, but I mean the betrayal of trust to their audience just blew me away.

2025.01.30 08:30 DanDoug2605 Struggling to get stable high FPS in Skyrim SE on Laptop
Hello! First time posting on reddit so you know it's driving me crazy..
I'm trying to run Skyrim SE on my laptop, which has higher than the recommended specs to run skyrim, but it's still struggling to keep a steady high FPS. I've checked on websites whether this laptop would be able to run it and it highly exceeds the recommended specs. Also, the skyrim launcher graphics settings autodetects my hardware and sets the graphics to ultra high. However, the game still struggles to even run on medium settings.

Here are the specs:
CPU - Intel Core i9 - 13900H 2.6GHz
Integrated GPU - Intel Iris Xe Graphics
Dedicated GPU - RTX 3050 4GB (GDDR6) Laptop GPU
RAM - 16GB LPDDR5
Screen Res - 2880 x 1800 16:10 aspect
I've made sure the game runs using the dedicated GPU rather than the integrated, and also that the 4GB VRAM isn't exceeded (only gets to about half). Running at 2880 x 1800 resolution is definitely worse, getting about 35FPS, fair enough, it's a higher res. Moving down to 1920 x 1200 I still get about 45-50 FPS.
I don't know if it's me, and I'm niave of what this laptops specs can achieve, but I would've thought it'd be able to run at 1920 x 1200 at least medium settings?..
Anyone have any ideas/hard truths/solutions? Anything will help my pain :)

Hey guys, we got 5 leapord tortoises from a lady who bought them from poeple on the side of the road...we thought we understood the sexing process but the one we thought was a female has been mating with two other tortoises today...one of wich we were certain was a male...he did the sounds and everything it was really weird to experience....would it be ok if i post pics of their undersides tonight in order for someone to help me sex them properly please.
We will be making a nesting box with the right soil and sand mixture as well later today so they have a safe spot to lay eggs....

So say if my max room is 10k I can have $10,057.50 now? And if I wanna invest I can only invest 10,000? So I will always have this extra $57.50? Ugh.
I want to take out the 57.50 to make it an even 10k but won't the CRA see that as a withdraw. Sorry this is annoying and confusing to me I'm new to this. Wish they had reimbursed the transfer fee into my chequing instead.
