I’m taking the sat in August, and I just starting my studying. My October psat was a 1240- 590 math, 650 English. I just took a full length bluebook practice test, and scored a 1200- 530 math, 670 English. How could I have done that badly?? My scores in math are very confusing aswell. I scored 7/7 (with the scoring provided online) in trig originally, then a 3/7 on the most recent one. I also scored a 6/7 on the advanced math originally, and a 2/7 on the one now. I just spent the last hour bawling my eyes because this changes my predicted study plan majorly. How did this happen? What can i do to mitigate these results later on!!

Good morning! First of all, apologies if this is the wrong flair or sub, I just didn't know where else I could ask this, and I saw there were other questions about mailing lists here.
My mother is a painter and a writer, very old school, and when I told her she could try email lists, she seemed interested.
My mother lives far away and is not tech savvy at all. She knows how to use a computer, and knows the basics of navigating around.. I could help her set up a basic workflow and I'm the one managing her website, so I can update it with a form.
But she needs to understand the basics of building a mailing list and how to convert her network of irl supporters into subscribers (even if it's not paid, she just needs a space to share updates and connect).
Are there any beginner books about building a list and sharing your work? Something a grandma could read? Accepting suggestions. Not articles or videos, sadly. Thanks in advance!

hello guys,
I´ve been playing bass for year and half and about half year back i started learning bass by ear. I was training intervals, trying find right notes, playing with musical and trying figure out chords progression and so on. I do not feel any major improvment and feel frustratred from constant failing. Am i tone deaf? well i certainly do not know.
If there something that could help i would really appretiae it. Right now i just feel terrible and have no motivation to play anything anyhow.

Just to preface, my cat has been to the vets and I'm also going to give them a call today to see if they can give any more advice. We had a vet trip yesterday and the vet suspects she may have irritable bowel disease. She had a steroid shot and we're putting her on daily probiotics from now on to help her. We went once last year and the vet recommended Royal Canin Digestive food, but she only licked off the jelly so I got their dry digestive food instead and have been using it on top of her normal (senior) wet food. But I was wondering if we should try some more specialist diets, so does anyone have any experience with food for cats with IBD? What has worked for you? She can be quite a fussy eater so I may need to try different ones. I'm in the UK, if there's any brands people know of. She's also lost quite a bit of weight too so I want something yummy so she'll actually eat it and I can feed her up ☺️ Thanks
