je vais essayer d'etre précise et pas trop longue .. je travaille dans une grosse association, qui a plus le fonctionnement d'une entreprise que d'une asso
nos horaires sont 8h-12h / 13h30-17h30
en juin se tient l'assemblée générale, qui débute a 16h30/17h. la plupart du temps elle finit vers 19h
il n'a jamais été obligatoire de s'y rendre; sauf que l'an dernier, il y a eu manifestement peu de salariés motivés à s'y rendre, alors la direction a mis la pression pour qu'on y aille (invoquant qu'il fallait s"y rendre, sauf motif impérieux)
je n'y suis pas allée, mais des collègues de mon service oui, mais ils se sont barrés à 17h30, alors que ça n'était pas fini . la direction l'a hyper mal pris (ça la fout mal devant les partenaires et financeurs que nous ne sommes pas une belle et grande famille unie)
du coup, pour cette année ils ont annoncé que notre pause méridienne serait rallongée (mais je n'ai pas + de précision) pour que nous leur "devions" des heures, et de ce fait, nous imposer d'assister à l'AG
en ont ils le droit ?

Hi everyone,
I am fairly new to AI and coding, and I’m curious about fine-tuning OpenAI’s Whisper model to improve its accuracy for a local language.
Has anyone here successfully fine-tuned Whisper? If so, how did you do it? What tools, frameworks, or techniques did you use? Would transfer learning or some other method work best? I tried doing it my self on colab but I coulddnt seem to make it work, to begin with I just used common voices from Mozilla to see if it was even possible, maybe it is my limitation, but just wanted to ask if anyone have done it and could guide me a bit :) I’d really appreciate any insights, experiences, or resources that could help!

2025.01.30 08:01 TheCasualUrchin Help with indents on my rifle
Currently trying to add indents into my magazine and rifle body based on the reference photo (see images, circled) I’ve tried using inset/ extrude (on ALT E) but nothing seems to work and make it stand out as good as it should be (?) - that was my issue with the magazine using knife tool to try form a semi circle at the bottom
Q : How can i make these indents easier and less time consuming without my gun exploding?
For the main barrel vents i used the boolean modifiers which turned out OK, my main issue here is that i want to make it with the actual main gun body to mirror on the other side however i just can’t get get it to form properly. When trying to join the to parts to get the mirror i find my gun explodes and fails.
Q: How can i add indents using the main rifle body through subdivisions etc while trying to make the edges rounded on the indent?
I am aware i forgot to get a SS of the edit mode however i won’t be able to get one till tonight after school (sorry in advance)

So i gained some courage and went to her talked abt the actual situation and apologized, also assured her that i would never ever break her trust again but she said that she do trust me but there will be always a fear in her mind when she steps out of the house and she can’t let me marry my bf bcoz he’s not the same caste. Now keeping this marriage thing aside, when i said to my mum that if she says to block him and stop talking to him I’ll do it right away but she didn’t answered this instead said “Idk I can’t say anything”. Now idk what to do ? One more thing that she said is “if one of ur siblings would do this I won’t be hurt this much but i had expectations for u, everyone in the neighborhood would be talking abt u rn there’s nothing left for me to live”. I feel so shameful of my act and the way she said it like the tone she used I literally felt the urge to kms. I had a really depressing past, only thing that i found peace in was my bf. My family situations has always bothered me,my studies, my life, now things just keep adding on. I do wanna kms but yk I don’t have guts to do it. Im literally stuck in between all these messed up thing. What should i do now?
