I haven’t been able to find a rct trial with positive results for micro dosing for mental illness. Also are there sexual side effects for microdosing, and does it worsen Tmj? I’ve tried 3g shrooms before and they didn’t help much with depression. Is there anyone else who didn’t get results from macro but did from micro?
