So, I'm new to modding and I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trX3rHUhap8 In the description are the links to the github repos of all the mods (except Lovely because it apparently keeps getting removed) but somehow it doesn't work. I dunno how to fix the problem, but I guess I need a different Steam modded version? Could someone please help me with this?

Da ich leider nicht rausbekomme mit welcher Sprache dort gearbeitet wird und welche skills dort vermittelt werden, habe ich mich gefragt ob man danach bei anderen Arbeitgebern eine Chance hat. In vielen Bereichen heißt es ja, dass der ÖD ein Grab für deine Karriere ist. Was denkt ihr davon?

Wow, I haven't done a longer fast since I got my Garmin forerunner so it's amazing to see the effect of a fast on the stats.
I've been fasting since Tuesday.
When I was running consistently late last year I got my hrv up to 40 but since a minor Achilles injury (slipped down the stairs) I've been off running for 6 weeks and it had slipped down to low 30s.
Decided on rolling 72s to see if autophagy can speed up the healing process and straight away reported stress is on the floor and hrv has jumped to 42.
Interestingly, ghrelin lowers/soothes your sympathetic nervous system, leading to a more variable heart rate i.e. a higher hrv.
Interesting to see how quickly a simple fast gives my (slightly overactive) fight or flight system a rest.

I'm a bit confused. There are no mandatory dives, and all the material is available through eLearning. But it seems like you might anyway need an instructor? Does anybody know how this works?
I'm already Nitrox certified, but technically it's only for Nitrox 32. And I'm looking for something that allows me to use Nitrox 28 as I'm also certified for 40m.

I just started to think how they were someone’s child, and how tragic it would be were they to die. I couldn’t bring myself to do lethal damage and just opted to making them surrender while doing the least possible physical harm to them. Never thought this game would make me empathise with the NPCs but here we are 😭
