Hi, I'm a fairly new dm and I wanted some feedback on a decision we made recently, so far we've played around 10 sessions and several players have mentioned that they feel very restricted by movement and wanted a free move action at the start of their turn to allow them to reposition before there turn, we've played 1 encounter since this rule was implemented and people seemed to like it, (the fight was an intensionally easier one), i want to know if other people do this? Or is there some reason this isn't a good idea.

I started playing chess 9 days ago and have had a lot of difficulty in all parts of the game.
First, I have been improving in the opening and endgame (with 70.8 and 70.0 accuracy). Obviously, I still have a lot to improve, but compared to when I started, it is good progress. However, in the middlegame, I find it very difficult to develop my pieces.
In my last games, I gained a significant advantage, but I lost on time (in 10-minute rapid games) or failed to find a checkmate, causing the game to extend longer than necessary.
I can try to solve mate puzzles every day and at least watch 1 or 2 game reviews to find my mistakes.
When I watch game reviews, I see that I often fail to find checkmates or miscalculate moves (such as when to trade or not).
Between 01/23 and 01/30, I completed 351 puzzles (66% correct) and played 135 rapid games (70 wins, 6 draws, and 59 losses).
I think this is a good way to improve, but I want to explore other possibilities. What do you recommend?
Should I play more games, focus on reviews and puzzles, or watch more speedruns? Sometimes I watch speedruns (usually when I'm at the gym), for example, GM Krikor and Naroditsky. But Iām not sure what type of training is best.
When I started, my rating dropped to 161, but now I am at 323. I see a lot of mistakes from my opponents at this level, but I usually can't take full advantage of them. What should I focus on improving?

I currently have decently developed GT/BH/DW sync at 3m20s and I have spotlight with basically 0 investment. The econ upgrades are in an ok spot but certainly not close to done. I farm t6 to ~5.5k for about 80b per run.
I'm starting to flap between Plat and Champ in tounements and wondering which direction to point for stone spending.
- Focus spotlight quantity and start investing for more damage and econ
- Save for another UW and hope for CL
- Keep investing in econ UW for now
- Other advice?

I have a lot of cheap items up for sale. be it jewels, waystones, gems etc etc.
But given how much I have to be involved in a trade, I mostly just ignore whispers. Yes, I know itĀ“s bad, I do respond if I am in hideout, but if IĀ“m in a map, IĀ“m bussy and cannot really be arsed to port out, dig into my stash and all that just to teleport back again.
ItĀ“s clear that the community is divided when it comes to an AH. And the GGG have stated they want players to interact still.
BUT.. does it really have to be face to face? is it really needed to see the other avatar in order to do the trade? I mean there is teleportation, levitation and all sorts of weirdness here, so why does this need to be realistic in that sense?
It could be solved by something like this:
Receive whisper about someone wanting to buy some item. Respond "OK" -> game automatically pulls the item out of the stash and receives the listed currency.
No UI needed. No party needed. No need to teleport and find the item.
Or,
Receive whisper about someone wanting to buy some item. Respond "OK" -> game automatically opens trade window with the item inserted.
The buyer still has to put the currency in.
Both parties need to verify the items in the trade and accept. Existing UI reused, no party needed. No need to teleport and find the item.
That would remove much of the hassle around trade, and would make it more worthwhile to trade cheaper items.
