2025.01.30 15:07 Musical_Gee I have APP2 but I want AP4 ANC. Is this a good idea?
I mainly want the AP4 ANC because I don’t like the fit of the APP2; silicon ear tips never fit in my ear and I’m tired of them falling out or readjusting or not sealing properly. What I’m looking for is:
- good sound and call quality -> I like the way the APP2 sound, I just wish they had more bass. I know you can adjust the EQ but I use YouTube Music, not Apple Music.
- fit, I heard the AP4 fits similarly to AP2 which I also own and loved the fit on those.
Or, if not the AP4 ANC, should I just stick with the AP 2’s since I already have them?

I was enjoying the projects on my dashboard, and all of a sudden, I see a message that I'd been assigned to a high-priority project and that I have to work on it exclusively. This is crazy because out of all my projects, it chose one that I previously onboarded, but didn't even complete because I wasn't a fan of. What do I do now? Is there a way to reject this, or do you just take it on the chin and move on? If so, will I be stuck with this project until whenever THEY decide, or can I leave after I finish x amount of work? Also my "Secondary Project" says "Unavailble" even though it's always available. Does that mean I can't even have a secondary project?
I would greatly appreciate it if those with experience or knowledge on this could help me understand the process more. Also, the project I got assigned to is MM Biscuit With Rubrics. Hopefully, I misjudged the difficulty of the project, but I'm pretty sure that I found it really exhausting when I was onboarding.

I was able to get some friends to help me do some m+ runs and now I have some runed crests and gilded crests. But I dont really get how to pick which slot to craft first?
I vaguely know that craft cannot be set pieces? But considering Im not going to raid, does that matter? I think I can still turn slots into set pieces via catalysts? Not sure how that works.
I guess my question is, are there right or wrong slots to craft? Or just pick the one that gives the most ilvl upgrade?

I recently bought a MBP 24g/512g. I love the machine.
I am currently using it to run a windows VM at 4 gigs via fusion pro. When I see the activity monitor, VMware shows at 8 gigs, is this how it is?
I run some office applications, connect to a few windows machines at work using windows app and few tabs on chrome. I see around 20 gigs being used, again is this normal?
At this point I am contemplating if I need to upgrade memory to 36 or 48. I am also planning to do some LLM in the future.
Looking for some advice and suggestions.

Hello there,
This is my first post here. I am 50, in perimenopause, and last year an Obgyn saw adenomyosis on ultrasound. I have had terrible bleeding for the past few years and also symptoms of endometriosis. I was prescribed the Slinda (Slynd) progestin only pill which I've been on for half a year. I occasionally feel my ovaries working and had mild bleeding (rather erratic) a few times.
Yesterday I had my bi-annual ObGyn check up and the doctor I was previously seeing left and seems to have quit the profession. So the elder obgyn saw me. She said that she would have never prescribed Slynd because I have migraines with aura and I am also overweight (BMI 29). The WHO would advise against it because of a high tisk of strokes. She strongly recommded a Novasure Endometrial ablation. I said I was scared because of my adenomyosis and she asked why I am not scared of strokes. In the end we agreed that she gave me a prescription for another half a year of Slynd and we'd discuss the options in summer.
Of course I am scared of a stroke. If I knew my bleeding stopped in, say, a year, I'd just white-knuckle through it. I do not want a hysterectomy if avoidable.
I just have a gut feeling that having my uterus lining singed will do nothing for my pelvic pain etc, and doing a quick search both on here and Google confirmed my suspicions. Trapped blood and endometrial tissue in the walls of the uterus doesn't sound appealing. But why did the obgyn recommend it despite my adenomyosis?
Any thoughts?
