 | Hey everyone, I’m trying to identify a specific plaster ceiling rose that might date back to around 1905 in Perth, Western Australia. I need to research it in depth, but I’m short on time and have to submit a report by the end of this week. For context, most of the other interior elements in the space are found in the Wunderlich catalogues, but I haven’t seen this particular ceiling rose in any of them (though I might have overlooked something). If anyone has an idea of the manufacturer, model, or any historical references for ceiling roses from that period, I’d really appreciate the help. If you don’t recognize it, any advice on how to track it down would also be great. Are there specific keywords, archives, or specialized sites where I should look? 2025.01.30 15:33 vermillionstardust Weight stalled, trying to add protein, what to eat with meat "salads"
I've lost about 50 pounds on keto and feel fantastic. I took a break for the holidays, put on 20 pounds so fast, and then lost 10 since right after Christmas. And now I've stalled and can't even get back to my October weight. (Starting weight 250, October weight 190, current weight stuck at 202 on the dot for 3 weeks, goal weight 165. I'm female 5'3" btw)
I've started working out, which I wasn't doing before. I can mange 20 minutes of cardio and some basic strength training in the time I have, and considering some physical limitations. So, with the added strength training, I'm very aware that I'm adding muscle, which is "extra" weight that will help me long term. But I'm so frustrated that I'm stalled on the damn scale number. I know it's just a number, this is a mental thing that I'm trying to overcome. I've started taking my body measurements instead but seeing that progress will take some time.
So, with the added muscle building, I believe part of why I'm stalled is that I'm not getting enough protein to make up for the muscles rebuilding. So to add more protein, I want to add things like tuna salad, chicken salad, etc. My pre-keto brain says eat this with bread or crackers, but obviously I can't do that unless I pay 3x as much for keto bread. Which I can do... but I'd like some variety and texture?
I'm looking for other suggestions for what to do with these dishes. And maybe some encouragement for how to keep going and not be so frustrated?
Granted, I haven't really been tracking macros. Up to this point, limiting carbs and increasing protein/good fats has just served me well. But at this point, being stalled, I think I need to take it to a next level. My partner says that now that I've increased activity at the gym without adding protein to my diet, my body is basically eating itself in an unhealthy way, and that's why I've stalled. Any advice or help would be amazing!

Seriously though, I find it hard to believe that once you get to that level of the Org and have seen the underbelly of it, that you still believe it's the truth. People write letters explaining 607, who wrote what Bible book, the historical and archeological facts about the Bible and history in general. These letters are brought to the GB. The legal issues. Ever changing light. Etc, etc, etc.
There is no way they can believe what they are teaching. Thats just evil to keep imposing blood doctrine, shunning and control.

Potential Chronie here, all my bowel seems to be inflamed, visiting my GI next week. I can barely eat anything, having like 600 calories a day. my menu is boiled chicken, carrot and some rice, blended together. I cant drink ensure since made me flare way harder… I had a vegan version too, avoiding lactose. Im having 3-4 tabelspoon of my graceous mixture like every 1-2hrs, any tips? Btw i have normal stools, but my whole GI track is in pain as the things moving trough, im getting crazy.

So in almost every dream I have, random people from my past, usually people I know from when I was in school, feature as dream characters. Some of these people used to be my friends, others are just random students who were in my year group, but who I didn't really know on a personal level. Usually, they aren't doing anything special or unusual, I will just run into them or have a brief conversation, so it's like they just feature briefly, but aren't the sole focus of the dream itself. I've only recognized how often random people from my past come up in my dreams recently, as for the past few weeks I've been keeping a dream journal, and seeing people from my past has been on of the biggest patterns I've observed. There usually isn't any feelings when I interact with these people either, it's not like I'm really happy to see them or angry at them or anything, I just feel indifferent most of the time. Any idea on what this may mean?
