I'm a week into switching from Mirtazapine 45mg to Duloxetine/ Cymbalta 60mg over two weeks.
Duloxetine starting at 30mg and upping to 60mg next week when I stop mert completely.
While I struggled a bit to climax on Mirtazapine I could 9/10 times do it with my partner. Clitoral and Gspot stimulatuon worked for me and I could get there at least once when we were having sex.
We have tried a few times in the last few days and I just can't get there, it's driving me crazy. I'm close but I can't get over the crest, it's like running up an escalator that keeps going faster.
It's fun but I want a bloody O. Everything seems to be working, I get wet then no matter how much we do I can't get over the edge even once. I have tried by myself and its the same so it's not her that's the issue.
Is this an issue for anyone else starting Cymbalta / Duloxetine?

2025.01.30 18:30 Gacrux29 I'm not sure what happened — potential PSU issues
I was experiencing constant game crashes with the infamous nvlddmkm 153 error. I couldn't play any game for more than 30 minutes because they would surely crash.
Since I have extensively tested all of my PC parts except for the PSU, I thought there could be something wrong with it.
Someone suggested in another thread that I should replace my PSU power cable because I was using one which came with a much older PSU, so it wasn't rated for a modern build.
I did replace the cable and now my system is indeed much more stable. I have only experienced crashes in FF7 Rebirth, but I think now this is only software-related as there's a lot of users complaining about game performance and crashes.
But the thing is... Why exactly did switching a power cable work? I bought one with a thicker gauge than the previous one.

Hello everyone, as I said in a previous post I'm looking for advice for buying a small budget projector (under 200€). I recently found the two models from the title (Lisowod L02 and Onoayo AY3) and I would like to know if anyone around here knows them and can help me understand if one of these is right for me. I also considered Yaber pro V9 and Vamvo VF320 WiFi.
Here's a few info about my situation and needs:
- I have a small room where due to furniture placement I will only be able to place the projector around 1,5 meters away from the screen (I'm going to have one, since I don't have a white wall). Anyway, I want to be able to use it also in other places, hence why I need it to be portable (I don't need battery though).
- I live in Europe, specifically in Italy.
- I'm mostly interested in getting as nice an image quality as I can get with this kind of objectively trashy projectors (I'm aware it can't be anything special, but it's just for the occasional movie night), I don't care about all the fancy features and automatic AI stuff.
- I'm intentioned to use a firestick and bluetooth connection for different audio devices.

I may finally be able to write essays, do assignments, shake hands and be myself in peace. After 6, long years, of trying every anti-perspirant treatment under the sun, every at home remedy, every readily available supplement with no benefit, I rang my GP 4 months ago and broke down. I was scheduled for a hospital appointment today and after 1 and a half, long hours of 100s of questions and checks, I was prescribed Propantheline Bromide. I was question extensively by 2 senior and junior doctors ( Home life, school life, sports, mental impact physical impact, other symptoms, environmental factors and genetics), I was examined ( Tremors (which were very present), blood pressure (high) and bp). I was referred for thyroid tests and bloods, and counselling but was told the waiting list is so long that by the time It'll be ready for me, I'll be too old to get it for free anyway.. I've been prescribed a 2 month round for the pill at a dose of 15mg, 3 times daily, tomorrow is my first day of it, just in time to help me for my ball on Saturday. Ill come back with updates, in the mean time, im open to info and suggestions from current users. PS.... Anyone still suffering, talking to a doctor may take long, but remember the long-term goal.
