Hi everybody, i’m pretty new laser cutting/engraving but teach CAD to my HS students and have gotten pretty familiar with the trotec 60w co2 laser cutter we have in the room, and like it quite a bit with some exceptions. i’d like to purchase one myself and i’d love some input on what i should get.
Wants- An operating system that i can to input from something other than just CAD or CAD type files. A fairly decent bed size. Roughly $3000 or less. Could be substantially less, i don’t need to spend all that much money but want something that will last and not require a ton of tinkering.
Why you might ask- My brother’s company needs 1500 coasters made within 6 weeks and he asked me if i could do it for him with a budget of about $4000. so, if i could buy the laser and material for 4k id be happy to do the labor aspect of it for a “free” laser.

2025.01.30 23:55 Nervous_Audience7282 AIO for being upset that my friend went through my follower list to try and guess who I voted for, then confronted me in public?
I do not like talking about politics. It stresses me out, and I honestly do not like either side. I consider myself a moderate though if you were to ask me to pick a side.
The other night my friend group got together and went to a movie, then to a place similar to topgolf.
Some of us were drinking, but I was not. After a few drinks my friend in front of the entire group asked me why I followed Trump and Vance on facebook. I do not use Facebook much, and was honestly not aware I even followed them.
When I told her that, she said it was weird I followed them but not Kamala and Biden.
Again, this is not a platform I use much. I only go on there to check on older family members who only use Facebook, and I like to see the local Facebook pages sometimes. My main apps are Reddit and Tik Tok.
The whole interaction was weird, and it made me feel like I had to be defensive.
She didn't seem to like my answer of "I wasn't aware I followed them" and started grilling me on if I voted for them or not. I just find questions like that rude. It is one thing if I am talking about politics and I share that with you, but I think it is rude to grill someone on who they voted for.
I did not vote for them, and that answer seemed to make her happy and stop grilling me, but I left the conversation kind of upset and wanted to know if I was overacting by being offended.
I just think it is weird to go through your friends followers list, then ask them about it in front of a bunch of people. If she was really worried or concerned she could have texted, called, or asked me in private.

I removed the bordes a few months ago following instructions I found here on reddit in the advanced preferences
I want to restore them to the default value but I cant find the property in the about:config menu
I already reseted manually every property i changed, delete all zen mods, restart the browser and nothing
Is there anyway to fix this?

For the longest time, I was fixated on the name ‘Ved’ for the boy and ‘Noor’ or ‘Tara’ for a girl. Now I ain’t really bothered about the pronunciation or how people will say it, but I am soo confused with all the name options.

TECHNIQUE: MRI right shoulder with multiplanar T1, T2 fat saturation, and proton density sequences.
COMPARISON: No previous
FINDINGS: The supraspinatus, subscapularis, and a portion of the infraspinatus tendons are severely thickened with intermediate signal intensity. No full-thickness tear is seen within the tendons. The teres minor tendon appears normal. The rotator cuff musculature is not atrophied. There is bone edema in the greater tuberosity of the humerus, at the insertion of the rotator cuff. The long head of the biceps tendon is diffusely thickened with intermediate signal intensity. There is a small to moderate glenohumeral joint effusion. The glenohumeral alignment is normal.
