Hi Everyone,
I just learned yesterday that OSAP won’t be covering my summer semester due to my workload being short of the 20% program requirement for funding. I’ve been reliant on OSAP for all of my schooling, I’ve never failed any classes and have maintained decent grades but have fallen short for finding a placement for my program for 2 of my required 3 work placement courses.
I was planning on taking the 2 required courses in the summer, equaling a total of 12 credits, which put me at 14%. I’m wondering if I were to drop a class from my current semester before the academic penalties kick in, and then take it in the summer if that would fit me into that 20% threshold. It would be a WRIT 200 class I would plan to drop, so an elective for 3 credits.
Also, if I were to drop this class, would there be any pushback from OSAP side of things?
I was already extremely disappointed that I wouldn’t be graduating this June, but really was looking forward to completing my program by the end of the summer semester.
Just looking for a helping hand here, I really would appreciate some insight!

Me [M20] and my gf [F20] have been together for over a year now, and over the past month I have found out stuff from her past that have made me sort of look at her differently and not really want to be with her anymore. For context, when I was firstly getting to know her she had revealed to me that her and another guy tried to have sex but couldn't cause she had a tampon in, which threw me the way off cause I just don't see how you could just tell somebody that you barely know that type of information. Anyways fast forward to last month in December, me and her were having some pretty personal and deep talks, which she revealed to me that she was graped in the past before i even knew who she was. This didn't make me look at her differently but I did feel very conflicted because I felt almost as a failure for not being there and being able to protect her in that moment but also terrible because she's my girlfriend at the end of the day and im sure no person wants to hear that their SO was SA'd in the past. Time goes on and we're doing fine, up until a really big argument about something stupid came up. We were going back and fourth with eachother, and I don't really know how or why but the topic of her telling me the whole trying to have sex with a guy but having a tampon in topic came up and i was trying to get out of her why she felt so comfortable telling me (at the time really a stranger) that information. She wasn't really able to give me an answer, and so i asked her who the guy was that she did that with, which was stupid on my part, I shouldn't have crossed that line and ask about stuff in the past but it had been sitting heavy on my mind and I just needed to know.
She eventually let up and confessed that it was the same guy that had graped her. Hearing this just made me absolutely lose it, I felt so betrayed and hurt in the moment, and yes I know even though it was in the past and before she knew me or who I even was, I still felt very conflicted. I just couldn't understand how you could go out of your way to go back and have try to have sex with the same guy that did something so horrible and traumatic to you. She told me she didn't understand herself and that she regretted it deeply, but I just couldn't let it go, it made me feel so many emotions at once that I just had to leave the situation all together. Fast forward to know and we're doing better but the whole thing still sits heavy on my mind and I just don't know if I truly want to be with my girlfriend anymore after hearing this. Am I an asshole for feeling this way, and wanting to leave her?

Hello, I was scrolling yesterday through the AoE3 subreddit and noticed that a guy made a petition for devs to add the scrapped civs to AoE3. Now, I know that we, here in AoE4, don’t have much to do with AoE3 or AoMR (possibly the next to get cancelled) and a DLC that is has not been cancelled is possibly coming in Mid 2025. I haven’t played AoE3 for no more than 20 hours (only campaign) and I have it only for the Collection and that’s because my main game is AoE4 and unless something crucial happens that won’t change. Now (again), as a COMMUNITY please sign so there is a chance that this has a good conclusion.
