I recently made a post about my back pain where I mention I have 4 degenerative discs (L5, T3-4, T4-5 and T8-9). The lower back pain is pretty much constant however my upper back pain feels like a constant fatigue and when I lie flat on my back on the floor it's like I'm genuinely being crushed from my mid to upper back (just where the ribcage starts). When I press my back with my thumb inbetween my ribs hurt a lot just around where it connects to the spine. I can get some relief from sitting for a while to reset or going in a hot bath.
It's getting worse has anyone else ever experienced this?

My Goal is to create a personal server using an old Windows laptop that can be used for 3 purposes:
- Personal VPN
- Personal file server
- Remote Desktop connections via RDP
I am currently running OpenVPN server on the machine using the following config, and am having success routing my internet traffic through it.

When connected to the VPN from a remote location, the clients are able to ping other devices on the Home LAN, but not the server itself.
Troubleshooting done so far:
- Windows Firewall - Scope has been modified to include the VPN subnet, however the problem persists with the firewall disabled, so I don't think this is he issue.
- Router Port forwarding - Port 445 is configured to point to the server.
- IPv4 routing tables on the router: the Server's LAN IP is set as as the gateway for the VPN subnet

So Askeladd is a huge piece of shit, despite his likability, I think we can all acknowledge that. But his main motives during the prologue seemed to be 1.find a purpose he could dedicate his life to beyond just pillaging and killing 2.create a leader who he deemed worthy of leading the world in the right direction, because he himself was too tainted 3.protect Wales (secondary goal but just as important as the first 2) Taking this in mind, I wonder what the proceeding events of the story means for Askeladd as a character when we take the results of his actions into consideration. What I mean by this is that Askeladd chose Canute to be the leader who would steer the world in the right direction, but as we know from the farm arc, Canute nearly turned out to be tyrannical at heart despite his somewhat good intentions, and his mind was only ever changed by Thorfinn himself, a person that Askeladd only ever acknowledged as having the potential of a dog chasing after food. Does this mean we can interpret Askeladd’s core motivating actions as being incorrect all along? Or is this Yukimiura’s way of condemning Askeladd’s way of thinking, given that the events that transpired after his death was the opposite of what he expected? Or maybe was it Yukimiura’s way of communicating to the audience that hoping for a leader who will change the world for the better is a fools endeavor? Especially considering what we learn about leaders and the responsibilities of individual people from the Vinland arc so far, (I’m referring to how Thorfinn mostly fails because he’s only a single person) it almost makes me wonder if thinking about the salvation of the world in terms of putting our faith in leaders is ideologically something that Yukimiura wants to condemn by observing the events that Askeladd set into motion. I've got a couple different degrees at WGU I'm considering but not 100% sure which direction to take? BS computer science, BS software engineering, or BS user experience design. My career goals is to be able to work from home and make a decent salary. Im very artisting/creative, so if money wasn't an object, I would just do graphic design. I just had a dream that I was raped by a family member. It was the most real feeling thing I’ve ever dreamt, I was having a panic attack in my dream and I woke myself up out of fear. Now I’m scared it was real, the fear and thoughts that I were having felt real and scary. I know that the person I dreamt doing it to me would absolutely not ever do that, I’m 100% sure. But another family member that I had a lot of contact with at a very young age has some past allegations that I was unaware of until a couple years ago. I just need to pick up a few toys/chews before I get her and wondered what you lovely folks might recommend, if typically available at petsmart that would be amazing! budget friendly even better <3 i also would still like to get her a sand bath, i know i need reptile sand or sanitized kids play sand, i am just unclear whether she should have the sand bath at all times or just periodically! thanks in advance for your help :)

I’m in the beginning stages of building Superman’s Fortress of Solitude. I’m not basing it off of any particular iteration. Instead I’m trying to compile many different aspects of different versions over the years across all forms of media it has appeared in (the Richard Donner influence is definitely going to be evident).
I’m looking for ideas on which elements to incorporate, particularly on the interior. The exterior is going to be very crystalline with massive columns of clear pieces at different angles. This structure will be on top of a mountain, and in the side of the mountain there will be a door carved out. That will be the entrance to the fortress. So the interior of course won’t be all that spacious, but I want to cram in as much details as possible. A few things I definitely want to include are 1, The rocket he arrived on Earth in. 2, The crystal computer. 3, A small laboratory like the one he has in All Star Superman.
Everyone knows the Fortress of Solitude when they see it from the outside, but I feel like there’s so many different versions of the interior that it’s hard to boil it down to a few quintessential elements. I’d love some more suggestions on what to include in the interior or how it should be set up, what color scheme it should have, etc. What are some of your guys’ favorite elements of the fortress that you feel should never be left out?
Any and all ideas are welcome :)
