I'm on week 2 day 4. I'm struggling to eat my calories as the supression is good.I can,t believe that I now calorie count to check I'm eating enough and not the opposite that I've done nearly all my life. Even today, although I can feel slightly hungry, I'm having to make myself eat as I could quite easily ignore it.
I'm averaging about 800-900 calories a day and up until today Ive been OK but today I feel 'weak'. Last night my legs struggled to climb the stairs and I felt like they were having to work really hard to do that. I've also been having really bad pain in my legs on and off through the night the last couple of night. No position helps. The only thing I can compare it to is growing pains and obviously they aren't that!
I don't want to do any 'damage' to my body by not eating enough. Is 800-900 'safe'? I try and focus on protein and fibre and I'm not hitting either goal, fibre especially!
I find it easier to drink my calories so have been having a slimfast shake most days to reach the 800-900 calories (just because I already have them in the cupboard) and adding pea protein powder to it.
I take a women's multivitamin, Gutstar, Vit D, and Biotin. I'm also drinking 3-4 litres a day and have 1 electrolyte tablet a day due to the amount of water.
If it helps, I'm 175cm, female, almost 45, perimenopausal. Current weight 16st 7lbs, BMI 34.1 (This is after losing 10lbs so far). I'm pretty sedentary most days as I'm a university student and when working instead it can be very office based.
Any advice or experience please?

2025.01.30 18:20 Kacperej Suggestions on my first build. 9800X3D + 5080
Hi, I am looking for suggestions, opinions and some pointers on my first build. I am not new to gaming but pretty new to building my own stuff, I have always done prebuilt. Currently rocking i7 7700k and GTX 1080 so this will be a bit of an upgrade.
I am currently set on the 9800X3D CPU and the 5080 FE GPU which I luckly managed to get my hands on one on todays release. So the main things I would be looking at are all the parts around them. I will most likely game 1440p if that even matters as I'm already set on GPU, but maybe it's worth mentioning.
I am mainly looking at pointers when it comes to handling the rest of the budget, if there are any parts in there that are better value for money or maybe something I might have overlooked.
Planning to not go over the budget of £2500 but if something is worth doing so I might look into it, considering the amount already spent.

No hate, I just want to understand.
I did try to get in a Server for like 10 minutes, everything was always full (even if I queued for a server with 80/100)
Then, once I finally got into a game, I could not play Sniper at all. I switched to emptier servers to have a chance, playing sniper - the solely reason I bought this game for - and I just got the spotter role - so I read I got to wait for a spotter to be sniper. Then some1 opened a Recon squad, I could not join, I asked / requested, he declined. I did just close the game and now I am mad I even bought it :( ...
I just wanted a "realistic" / "good" sniper game, not something like CoD where everybody is just sprinting and jumping (and cheating)
but this game seems to outdated and the thing with the locked / limited roles is also not my cup of tea... Like I said, no hate against the game / players, just curious.
