I have a question, im not really into cars so like i have no idea how they work but before i got this car i used to have civic 2009 hybrid and im not sure if its cuz the breaks are different or its cuz the brakes on my new car is new but everytime i brake gently it feels like im flooring the brake right away. It feels weird cuz its not smooth like my old civic where when i apply the break it will gradually slow down to a complete stop where as on my new one it feels like it skips the slowing down part. Im sorry for my bad english its not my first language.

Hey RealEstateTechnology!
We recently put together a tool to help me (and hopefully others) automate the process of gathering property data (Zestimates, Redfin Estimates, etc.) from popular listing sites and plugging it straight into an existing spreadsheet. You basically give it a spreadsheet of addresses, and it returns updated values—along with citations—so you know exactly where each piece of info came from.
I made a short YouTube video demoing how it works. It’s been a huge time saver for me, especially when I’m managing multiple leads or keeping track of a lot of properties at once.

 | I won a 250 of mitraman last week and it was FINALLY my very first time trying them. After a week of playing with green Batak, I finally got it to hit without making me tired(a lot of it was woman’s chemisty issues lol) and I absolutely loved it! So I went and grabbed a bunch more to try. I really wish I remembered the red horn tho. I was super excited and forgot to add that one in. Alright, I've been reading about the moon theory and there is a waning gibbous moon on february 14, which is on Valentine's Day. GTA 6 revolves around Lucia's and Jason's relationship a lot, so I think the second trailer will be released either on Valentine's day because there is a waning gibbous moon, or otherwise I think it's gonna be on february 18 during the waning gibbous moon.
The reason is that on february 18 the waning gibbous moon is 71% illumination, which is the same amount of illumination that the moon has in the picture hinting at GTA 6 with only the "VI" letters from Vinewood visible.
Another interesting aspect is that Lucia is the feminine form of Lucius and is of italian origin. Lucia means "light" and the name comes from the latin word "light" or "lux". Lucia is related to Saint Lucy's Day aka Saint Lucia's Day or just Lucia, which is a feast day, and the story behind the day is about Saint Lucia. Lucia there has the symbolical meaning "bearer of light in the darkness of winter". So she's the light bringer, as is Lucifer. And they are basically the same being, at least here in Sweden.
Why is this important? Well, the waning gibbous moon is partially illuminated. Lucia illuminates. And the darkness of the moon represent the hidden and the dark, what is not visible yet. The character Jason has not been revealed Yet. His name is not confirmed, and the trailer focuses more on Lucia. Jason is connected to friday the 13th with the character Jason Voorhees.
Let me explain: Lucia aka Saint Lucia or Saint Lucy, is celebrated on December 13, and one of the two main characters is named Lucia. Both Jason and Lucia is united by the number 13. But the name Lucia stands for "light" and "lucky in love", while Jason is associated with friday the 13th which is unlucky. So there's a duality aspect here of the number 13.
Lucia illuminates like the waning gibbous moon is illuminated. There is a full moon on february 12 and that is Lucia in her complete form and radiance. And then the moon starts to get less illuminated. On february 14 the moon is 97% illuminated. The less illumination, the darker the moon gets. This darkness is Jason, which is more hidden so far as a protagonist... until trailer 2.
Lucia is also asked if she knows why she's here in Trailer 1. Her response is "bad luck I guess". Lucia means "lucky in love" and Jason is associated with bad luck due to Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th. Therefore he may be "unlucky in love" and bad luck in general. He may also bring bad luck to Lucia, which is why she say "bad luck I guess".
Alternatively, Lucia is lucky in love once she meets Jason and then the meaning of her name is completed. Maybe the bad luck Jason brings creates a good relationship, if what both Lucia and Jason desires is a thrilling relationship.
On february 18 the waning gibbous moon is 71% illuminated. I think there is a bigger chance that the second trailer is released on february 18 then february 14. We see more of Jason coming forth as the illumination (Lucia) becomes less visible. 71% illumination is less than 97% visible, so it makes more sense that the second trailer is released on february 18, because it fulfills the symbolism better.

My (32f) bf (29m) is a super laid back guy. He is very positive, and just an all around happy person. He gives very much golden retriever energy.
He has never given me a reason to doubt us. We’ve been dating a year and he says we are soulmates.
He SAYS doesn’t get jealous. A few weeks ago we were out at a bar and an old man smacked my ass and my bf literally laughed. I got upset with him and so did every other man at the bar. He said “I know you can handle yourself and that guy bought us drinks”. I thought it was super immature and it really embarrassed me. He has since apologized and said he shouldn’t have done something. But I can’t shake the feeling that he doesn’t care about me that much OR that he doesn’t want to be a protector to me. And that is heartbreaking because I do want a protector.
Is this normal?

We are a three dog family, and my wife is wanting a cat after she lost hers. I wanted to get a shelter kitten, and we had went, and they had a "6 month old" kitten/cat, that we fell in love with. I was curious, I know a kitten would be a bit different with introducing to dogs, as opposed to an older cat. The lady at the shelter said she wasn't sure how the cat would do since it is bigger. Just wanting to get everyone's thoughts on this. I am not sure if the cat is actually 6 months, it is pretty large. But that is what the paper says. I just don't want to get my wife this cat, and then we have a disaster happen. Our dogs got along with our older cat just find, but they grew together since she was a kitten. I am wondering if that same thing is possible.
