Has anyone recently renewed their COE and when sending in the requested FFL03 you redact your FFL number? I know I saw some people talking about that a while ago and just want to be sure they are still accepting renewals with the FFL number redacted before I send mine in.

2025.01.30 19:10 Dakrturi Should I just stop buying games on Xbox?
Seeing the news about Forza Horizon 5 on PS5 didnt bother me in a way of losing an exclusive but it makes me question why should I continue to buy games for the Xbox Console, not the Windows/PC Xbox store but the actual console, not all games are play anywhere, specially physical.
I was looking into buying the physical version of Expedition 33 but seeing these news makes question if I should just stop building a library, physical or digital, considering I dont know what the vision for the console is ahead.
Is the next console just a Windows PC with dedicated hardware for devs to target? Will I magically have all my Xbox digital library working? What about the physical games I own since 2014 when I bought my first Xbox? What about the 360 library?
The communication is completely wrong and they still pretend everything is fine. This is not how you communicate a change of strategy. Rip the bandage, tells us the plan or whatever it may be will start already ruined by distrust.
The console at this point is cheaper way of using gamepass, but they don't even advertise it this way!! Freaking hell tell us, the customers what your plan is!
Xbox Series S|X is a freaking Frankenstein, made of failed concepts.

How do you go about having the guy you dated, best friend on social after cutting contact? I have his friend on social but I clicked with him right away, our connection was genuine and we added each other on social. I didn’t delete him since I didn’t want him to take it personal. Now it’s been months and I have nothing against him and feel it rude to just delete him from my social. I do have him muted so he can’t watch my stories and we don’t interact with each other. I’m just wondering since it’s been months (6) since his friend and I haven’t talked, how to go about it for the long run. My ex still follows my friend on social.
Do you eliminate after a long time has passed or keep them? Would it feel awkward once I start seeing someone new and want to post him? What is your experience with this.

So I'm currently applying for medicine and as a back up, I've went with pharmacy and I'm currently trying to draw up a career pathway for both courses.
As for medicine, I do have a career plan drawn out in my mind for me but for pharmacy I'm a bit stuck. My current plan of action for pharmacy is to graduate and work in a retail pharmacy and attemtpt to progress up that ladder. I know there's the research option and I'm happy to commit to the additional workload that comes with the role but I have no idea how I'd go about getting to that position.
Does anyone have some recommendations as of where to start post graduation and perhaps what to do during university to help out career wise?

hey guys I recently got allowed to join my schools further maths class after proving I was capable with several normal maths exams (which required me to learn all of a level pure maths).
so basically , we have mocks in roughly two weeks and I was wondering how realistic / possible it is to learn the entire of Core Pure 1 in 2 weeks assuming I know all of A level pure maths (both yr 1 and yr2). The class also finished Further Stats but its not in the mock so I am not too worried for the time being.

Hi all,
Doing a quick pool of the subreddit on how people prefer the Mods handle classified posts (buying and selling). We have had an uptick recently (Sundance driven - we filtered out many automatically before you saw them). There has been quite a few "Ticket for sale" submissions filtered - many of which were just one line and cross posted to multiple subreddits, sometimes not for PC events but showings in SLC as well. And there there have been some other random's we have filtered out (again often for neighboring communities).
But I appreciate we haven't been consistent / had a rule on it. So wanted to gauge community preference here. Given KSL Classifieds, Facebook Marketplace, and Nextdoor exist and are used extensively locally, I don't feel we need to be a classifieds location as well - especially for buying and selling physical items. But I know people have sought and found tickets for various live events here before - and that's useful to people..
Three options below for the poll - essentially delete all classifieds, allow a subset, or have a separate sticky thread we allow classifieds in. Thinking is more the second option - we keep posts for local live/social events that are in PC, and filter out the rest. We'd ask posters to include dates and would remove them after the event date. If you have others you think are workable please leave a comment.

2025.01.30 19:10 guyfrompakistan It's 12 AM. Why are people in this city such utter assholes?
Its 12 AM. And some guy is celebrating a wedding, and because he's too cheap to rent out a venue, he's turned his home into a nightclub.
My home is at least 20 houses away (its a guess because it's so far away that I can't figure out which house it is), but my windows are shaking and walls vibrating.
And this isn't a unique occurance; every asshole in the area does it.
It represents such an utter failure of our social contract; complete lack of consideration for others.
Its 12 AM, people have work. Kids have school. People are sick.
People need peace in their homes. I don't want to sleep in a nightclub.
A few years ago, some guy made a post in pakistan disparaging these events that people host in their homes. The comments were so dismissive and mocked OP for being jealous, not being invited, etc etc etc. This is how pathetically small minded people are.
What is wrong with these people?
