How can I continue learning to play the acoustic guitar? I was using an app called yousician but it's fairly overpriced and I had to get rid of it. Most or all of the apps that I could learn with need some sort of payment.
Is YouTube my only option?

Looking for a book I read in the 90s, I think it might be Fear Street, or something of the sort. It was a group of friends hanging out, but for some reason got stuck in the town. All roads lead back to the same place, there was no one else. Like they fell into a different dimension. Something was after them. I seem to remember the MC waking up or it ending with her being punctured by a huge knitting needle?
I know it sounds crazy, might even be a mixture of two books, but both memories the being lost and unable to escape, and the needle in the stomach are distinct memories.

Hej, vi skal til at sælge vores rækkehus fra 2016.
Ift. tilstandsrapporten skal vi svare på punkt 4.1 har du kendskab til, at det nuværende tag er eller har været utæt?
Sagen er at vi havde fygesne på loftet ifm en stor snestorm sidste år. Det resulterede i lidt smeltevand og dryp som løb ned fra loftet. Vi åbnede loftet og fik kigget det hele igennem af en tømrer og der var ingen utætheder at spore. Det må komme fra vindfanget op den vej. Vi har i nu 1 år siden ikke haft det mindste tegn på utætheder eller skader her fra.
Taget er ensidig hældning med tagpap. Loft til kip og ingen naturlig adgang til loftet.
Men hvad skal vi svare i tilstandsrapporten. Jeg tænker et Ja skaber flere problemer end det gavner, men er et nej groft uagtsomt ukorrekt oplysninger og derved hæfter vi evt fejl op til 10 år frem?

So our landlord has asked if my fiance and I could fill the basement apart with tenants for him and his wife since they just had a baby. This would include advertising and doing viewings, he will cover the proof of employment and signing the lease portion.
Neither my fiance or myself have any issues with this, but he wants to find someone so the switch between the current tenants and the new one is relatively close. That means I’ll have to provide notice to the current tenants that I’ll be doing showings on his behalf. Is this legally allowed, and do the current tenants have any say in whether or not I may enter the apartment on his behalf.
I think normally this wouldn’t be such an issues but the current tenants aren’t the nicest of people and would create issues with timing for viewings.

2025.01.30 21:40 Beginning-Village383 Must change the windshield wiper blades if you live where it snows!
Had to drive a few hours during a snow storm and the dealer installed wiper blades were absolutely horrible. They wouldn't stop streaking and I could hardly see even after pulling over wuite a few times to wipe them down. (And yes, the covers were already removed!). Switched to Bosch Icon 26A and 18A and it's a night and day difference - they're so much better! Highly recommend switching them out for a safer, better driving experience in hard snow or rain.

I've been playing since 2017. Everything is completed and maxed out. Over 1,000 hours in game. The quest line will not start for me at all.
I've tried pulsing for 10 minutes straight, visited multiple atlas stations, restarted multiple times, recreated all seeds, tried pulsing in multiple systems. Nothing works. PS5.

Stature can sometimes affect how people perceive you when you’re quiet by nature.
Tall people who are quiet get perceived as either gentle giants or “strong and silent.” Short people who don’t say much are assumed to be shy, timid, lacking in confidence, or pushovers.
I know because I’m quiet at work and get perceived as nervous. They call me “cute” and treat me almost like a child sometimes, whereas tall guys who don’t talk are automatically seen as more confident and even intimidating if they’re buff.
For what it’s worth, the reason I’m quiet is because that’s just how I am and because I feel that I have nothing worthwhile to contribute to any conversations. I’ve always been shy and awkward because I was homeschooled, and I guess I never really grew out of that.
I’m open to the idea that it’s not a matter of height but rather a matter of how you carry yourself, but height probably factors into it as well.
It’s just something that I noticed.

Been going through a bad breakup the past few days and been mentally and emotionally sick and numb but it was for the best due to emotional neglect and a lot of factors. I was off all week but tried to go back today and had to go home I was too distressed - something that gave me hope was "Oliver and Charles wouldn't want to see you putting yourself through this."
I think of them as my grandpas. I didn't know my grandfathers and I would imagine they would be like them.
So my question is: who would you pick to be by your side during a breakup to support you? Oliver would bring all the dip and be there for shit talk and throw in all the stories he went through if breakups with famous people I do t care about but in an encouraging way. Charles would kinda just be there for support and shoulder pats and that's okay too! Strong thoughts about Sazz as well - always with the charm and pick me ups but also giving you the strong shoulder. My Theo tooo 🥹
