Need some insight from y’all. My boyfriend 26M is insisting I pay 40% rent in a house I’m currently not living in. We have lived in this house for the past year where we split everything 50/50. We’re both working professionals that make the same amount of money. Now that I’m in another city temporarily for work (about 5 months), he still wants me to help pay rent. I’m kinda upset about it because the whole rent is not unmanageable for one single person to pay because of our higher paying jobs. In fact, before I met him I was paying more in rent all by myself! I feel a bit used, but he thinks it’s reasonable.

My boyfriend got caught cheating on me a month and a half ago. I was told by someone and he denied but then came clean. Once he came clean he then told me he had actually cheated on me 3 other times. Once within our first year, the second and third time during our second year together. He was always afraid to tell me but vowed to himself he wouldn’t do it again. He did it again last month while out drunk. It’s obvious to me he has impulse problems and deep rooted childhood trauma.
Is this even worth saving? I’m sitting here realizing he’s been cheating on me since basically the beginning of our relationship. The way we became a couple was super odd and it was clear I wasn’t into him but after months of being together he knew I was so I don’t understand why he started cheating. We’ve been together 5 1/2 years and lived together for the majority of that time (4 years). I’m at a crossroads, I want to make it work so badly but I feel like all of our relationship was just a lie. It’s been so hard for me to stomach that realization. I just don’t know what to do.
He has been so remorseful and doing everything you would want a WP to be. But I don’t know what to do. We’re together and sometimes I forget what’s happening. We get along so well and compliment each other well but then reality hits and I can’t help but cry and rage. I just don’t know what to do.

In the movies, there's a scene when Frodo is drowning while Sam doesn't seem to put much effort in trying to help Frodo, compared to the effort Gollum put in. And it's Gollum who saves Frodo. This should have been the moment when Gollum earned Sam's respect, but Sam acts like nothing happened.
Do you think one of the reasons Sam is so hard on Gollum is because he is jealous that Gollum was the one who saved Frodo from drowning, and that he takes his bitterness out on Gollum?

Hello, in this simple case I got 4 instances of the same object, but each linked to a diferent moving object...
Im wondering if there is any "easy" way to force a single light mesh to cast light on all instances... It is mostly a case of keep the scene with the minimum elements to tweak, since in this case all would respond the same aside the hierarchy.
Maybe is just imposible, Im not finding decent info about this topic. Anyways thx for your time reading this.

I'm a new adult and im so very confused on all of this. I am a dependent I am 18 years old and live with my parents while going to college. I make like 4k (2k a semester)a year doing a federal work study through my college. I also recieved a refund over 6,792 dollars from federal student aid in 2024 (left over money from scholarships and such) my moms telling me I don't need to file since I'm a dependent and she claims me on her taxes. Following beneath is the build I have come up with after doing some research.
Couple of notes before looking at the build:
- I left 2 sets of memory on the list, I saw that both of them are pretty popular and I am not sure which one is the better option.
- I put the 4070Ti super on the list as a placeholder for now. I am currently scouting the second hand market for 4080 supers for around 1000-1100€. 50 series cards are not available and or are priced around 2k€, so that's not an option.
- I chose the fractal north as a case for now because I really like the aesthetic (I know it is expensive af), I am open to any recommendations from you guys.
- There were a lot of AM5 socket motherboards to choose from. I am not sure this one will be sufficient enough. I am currently using 2 m.2 drives but will be expanding to 3-4 to phase out my old SSD's and backup HDD's. Furthermore, I do want to get a motherboard with PCIE 5.0 for any future upgrades.
- Is the 850W power supply going to be enough or is it recommended to get a 1000W supply?
- I aim to use this build for the next 5 years.
