I don't think Mary's survival is talked about enough. How she managed to stay a practicing Catholic during the Seymour and the Dudley reign, while they were actively making Catholicism difficult is amazing to me. And while she was being specifically targeted. From the time her father divorced her mother, Mary's story seems to have been constantly about survival. And not only did she survive, she tended to clash with whoever was in authority, often at the risk of her life.
I just find it astounding that she survive long enough to become Queen and that she fought as hard as she did. Regardless of what kind of Queen she became, her perseverance and persistence even in times when she was absolutely powerless is so amazing to me.

Recently, I went to my roommate to talk to her about the weird stuff happening in our house after about a month of ignoring it. I told her that I had been hearing something walk around upstairs when I was the only one home, hearing knocking on our walls at strange hours of the night, and I swore I kept seeing a face in our stairwell. She told me had also been having experiences that were definitely not normal. For instance, she'd be in our kitchen or living room and feel someone staring at her from our stairwell. We decided we would cleanse the house the first chance we got. Today we did our cleanse and it went...strangely? The incense wouldn't necessarily burn, but instead the flame would just engulf it and then put itself out. It didn't start smoking until we went into the stairwell, where the smoke was pitch black on BOTH of our sticks. We did the rest of the house, and then went through again with some other herbs we had. The house seems a lot lighter now, but I can't help shake the feeling that whatever it was will be back. It seemed to enjoy messing with us and did so all the way until we literally shut the door on it. Are there any tips to prevent anything from entiring our home again? or maybe any thoughts on what exactly was happening here?

Hi all
TLDR: advice needed to come up Vyvanse and not have a meltdown
Despite all the benefits Vyvanse has brought me, the downside are really taking their toll. My blood pressure is insanely high despite taking a bunch of meds for it. I have no choice but to come off it, or at least significantly reduce my doses. I’m currently taking 50mg.
Any advice would really be appreciated. I’ve tried to go cold turkey a couple of times but I get severely depressed and so tired I can barely move
