I'm trying to upgrade from Hero to Master tier, and there's literally no way to do it. I opened a support case well over a week ago, begging them to let me give them money, and have recover the same "go to the subscription page and select Master" email twice. It does not work. I've provided every imaginable screenshot, but cannot get upgraded.
I also haven't heard back from support in over a week, even though I've updated my case multiple times per day since then. Does anyone know how to get traction on this? I have a campaign that starts Monday l, and I need to share the books.

Hi all,
We use constant contact to send emails. I generally don't mind the program and we also just integrated our membership database into CC with their API, so I don't want to stop using them to send emails. However I have found their email builder to be pretty terrible. Went send an email almost every day of the week and I just got tasked with creating a bulk of them. The terrible UI of their builder is a major bottle neck for me right now.
I've heard that its possible to utilize another service for creating the emails and then just use CC to send, but I'm having a hard time finding information on how this works. Anyone have any experience something like this? I'd love if there's a program that integrates with CC, rather than having to copy html into CC. Not sure if this even exists.
I'm familiar with HTML although most members of my team aren't and occasionally need to make edits.
Anyone have any experience with a workflow like this?

And the main reason I think so is because all the "theorists" on this subreddit are absolutely positive it's Helena. Certainly, all the clues so far suggest it's Helena, but I think that's misdirection. I predict Helena will infiltrate at some point, but that she did not do so in episode 1.
I think we will be left questioning when it's Helly down there and when it's Helena until the very end of the season.
Posting this before episode 3 so I can be properly glorfied or shamed depending on what is revealed.

I recently got an invite for a family friend's wedding, I've known her for about 25 years (I'm 29). I found out that she invited my ex boyfriend who had tried to SA me. When it initially happened 8 years ago, I had told her about it because she was friends with him (they were the same major in college at the time), and she didn't believe me saying that she didn't think he'd ever do something like that. After that I dropped it and hoped it had sunk in after a while, but apparently not because she invited him to her wedding! I want to tell the rest of our family friends why I will not be attending and that we shouldn't be supporting a "friend" like this but I also don't want to cause drama especially because all of our parents are still friends.
