I’m a 29 year old guy from Edmonton in Canada who recently finished a degree in palaeontology. I hope to work in a museum or do research in the future.
I also have a passion for video games, I play FFXIV most currently. I like playing small scale co-op and also play lots of single player JRPGs and I could stream something like that to you as well via discord if you like that sort of thing.
I also love Vocaloid music and video game soundtracks. I’m into Star Wars although the more recent stuff is pretty hit or miss for me. I collect Lego and am very interested in history. If I hadn’t gone into palaeontology I think I’d have studied Japanese religion.

So I had my CMF figures separated by set, but I'm thinking of switching it up to sort them by theme. Examples be any cowboys or native Americans get put with the Western Lego sets, any robots aliens or spacemen go with Space sets, anybody with a musical instrument or microphone go together, everybody who looks like they're attending a costume party go together, etc. I've got about 6 though I can't decide how to best sort them & I'd appreciate some advice.
Set 5 Detective-Should he be Career? Historic? Or should I put him in Miscellaneous with Jungle Boy & Lady Liberty since he's clearly based on Sherlock?
Set 10 Skydiver-Townsperson? Or is skydiving a career?
Set 10 Paintball Player-Would you say paintball is a sport? Or just a townsperson with a hobby?
Set 19 Mountain Biker-Townsperon? or someone in a sport?
Set 24 newspaper Kid-Should he be Career? Or should he go in Historic? Maybe just a Townsperson?
Set 25 Goatherd-Should he be a modern Career? Maybe Historic? Maybe even Castle?
Thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

Damit meine ich dass er wenn sie eine Konvo am laufen haben erstmal für nen Tag nicht antwortet um „darüber nachzudenken“. Ich habe ihm schon 1000x gesagt dass das so nichts wird und auch meine Ex-Freundin (weibliche Sichtweise) meinte dass es absolut dumm ist. Hello all, I'm looking for your advice on a situation with a donor. We have a donor who gave us a grant to fund a number of projects. The communication plan for this stakeholder was to provide a short, written report on a monthly cadence that included the following:
- Project Name
- Budgeted Amount
- A graphic showing where the project is in the Project Life Cycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closure)
- Progress Update - a written narrative that basically relates what was done for the project in the last month.
Now, I've heard from the project sponsor that the donor is impatient and wondering why everything isn't done already! Some of these projects can't show progress because they are dependent on weather or months-long manufacturing lead times. Additionally, we are performing a lot of the work using internal resources because the cost of these projects would be double or even triple if we hired outside resources. Our guess is that there may be political, board pressures on showing immediate results since our institution has suffered from years of underfunding and many of these projects are simply to get us to parity with other institutions. Crashing by adding funding or resources is not a likely scenario.
I'm interested in hearing what your next move would be for communication? I'm thinking of putting all the backlogs into a spreadsheet with a tab for each project and linking that to the weekly report.

My bf and I moved into an uppelower duplex apartment in November, and just last week the upstairs unit finally had someone move in. When they came for the showing I introduced myself and it was a single lady who said she had 3 kids and a newborn. Since then they’ve actually been very quiet, no screaming kids or anything. I’ve seen a lot of guys come in/out but never saw that lady again. Sus but whatever, my main complaint is the smell.
It REEKS like weed. Shitty weed too, or mf by said it could be crack. Then they spray ozium or the blunt spray and make it 10x worse. The weed smell on its own isn’t a big deal because it doesn’t bother me too much, still a pain- but the spray is horrible. I complained to my landlord and he said he contacted the property manager. I came home today and our unit smells like an actual trap house. I have cats and I’m sure their noses are struggling even more than mine. I’d go talk to them but I feel like this issue lands on the landlord.
