So my laparoscopy is about 2 weeks from now, but this period I’m having/ the last two have been some of the the most awful in terms of pain, mood swings and random new symptoms I’ve never had before. Super dry lips, discomfort/ fullness feeling in my bladder and like the stream is coming out super forceful. Crazy pms mood swings, which I have had a few bad ones in my late teens but so much worse now. And full body aches. I also suspect I have thoracic endo, because I get super bad pain in my chest and right shoulder tip pain. Is it concerning that they all of a sudden got worse? I have lost weight in the last year, and have become more disabled in general after having Covid in 2021. I have taken two doses of the depo shot and it hasn’t helped. Was on progesterone bc pill for several years and it stopped my periods.

So problem is exactly as stated. I was walking - saw two Vigilants. They attacked me (I'm not sure why but I'm guessing it's because of something I'm carrying or I haven't finished the House of Horrors quest?) which is fine BUT I can't kill them. They go into bleedout. I have more informative console enabled and the "Ref last changed by" is Unknown. Looking at the Ref Form ID - it starts with FF, which we all know is not a thing. So I disabled both of them and thought it was a fluke. Fast traveled to Darkwater Crossing and two more attack (I don't know if they were nearby or teleported in as I fast traveled) and THESE 2 were also Essential.
I can't use setessential to 0 for them. Nothing changes, which my understanding can happen if an NPC is required for an active quest. But what quest would make Vigilants (rando non-named NPCs) essential. That's either bad mod design or a bug. Sadly, this bug is game breaking if they keep up like this.

This chapter, though simple, beautifully encapsulates the warmth and natural dynamic between the two, reminding fans why they fell in love with this couple in the first place. The central focus of the chapter is a small but meaningful moment involving a bag strap, which perfectly illustrates the way Hori and Miyamura cherish the little things in their relationship. What makes this chapter special is its effortless mix of humor and affection something Horimiya has always excelled at. It highlights their playfulness and how even minor interactions can showcase the depth of their bond. Miyamura’s teasing and Hori’s reactions reflect how comfortable they’ve become with each other, while the sentimental aspect of keeping something small yet meaningful shows how much they value each other's presence in their lives. Following Alex Thrall program. Squatting 2 days ago, usually feel a bit of pressure on rear delts during squat but nothing concerning, re racking weights I used my left arm a bit (I know) and felt some discomfort which subsided immediately. Next morning rear delt area of shoulder is sore to rotate and aches. Sounds like no big deal but stupid me researched this and everything comes up as rotator cuff and l'm screwed. It's possible as rear delt doesn't hurt when flexed just rotated. Anyways I'm scared honestly and don't want to lose any/much progress, anyone have any experience with minor shoulder injuries/ strains? Will I be back to 100% soon? Full ROM w/ some pain. Pain subsides slightly with motion and stretching
