Since my previous post here was so well recieved I thought I'd share another toast light I made.
This is toast from bread I made that I hallowed out and encased in resin and put string lights into. The jam is dyed resin mixed with a thickening agent. It can stand up on its own and also be hung on the wall.
I do sell them but I don't have an online store yet. I'm in Toronto. My social is in my profile. Art markets really want people to have it, so please visit.

I'm an apprentice construction electrician in BC.
My employer is pressuring us to work overtime rather than bring in additional employees. I understand they can fire me and pay me severance if they so choose, but they are mainly threatening temporary layoffs at the end of this project.
I understand in BC and this type of employer specifically, I am required to accept a temporary layoff. However, if they hire other employees while I'm laid off, instead of allowing me to return to work at a new site or something, are they in the wrong somehow? I understand if the layoff exceeds 13 weeks in a 20 week period I would also at that point be terminated and entitled to severance.
Thanks in advance for any help and guidance. I'm pretty annoyed about this. I put in a great effort at work for the 8 hours I'm there and to be told I'm not "pulling my weight" based on the simple fact I won't do OT is complete bullsh*t.
