I've been dealing with upper back and neck pain for a while. A few years ago, I started lifting to strengthen any weak areas. I also work from home, so I invested in a Herman Miller chair and try to maintain good posture.
My routine includes daily stretching, Y-W-T raises, couch stretches, dead bugs, and I recently started incorporating stomach vacuums.
One thing that still bothers me is my lower stomach—it always protrudes, no matter how lean I get.
I’d love an honest critique and any advice, as I’m really focused on solving this issue.

Se hoje há uma LCA/LCI com rendimento de 13% a.a. (e CDB tão rentáveis quanto) pq compensaria investir em renda variável com uma carteira que rende 10%/12% a.a no máximo (considerando que uma boa carteira na média rende isso) ?
OBS ADICIONAL: mesmo em longo prazo, pelo menos no Brasil, 90% das carteiras de renda variável perdem para o CDI (e produtos de renda fixa).

I was trying to be nice and courteous and be flexible but now it seems like the guy is trying to price gauge me just because of my willingness to overpay.
If the starting price is $25 then what's the deal with asking for 3 times more? I still have to pay $15 in shipping too!

Is there a quick reference book for beginners just to learn terminology? The read is simple and the concepts easy to comprehend but for the novice, it can be overwhelming. Youtube has been great but most of what I watch is predicated on having some form of formal woodworking education.
