So I work in a nursing facility and I have this lady there that for some reason hates me. I work in activities. She rolls her eyes when I speak and won’t even look at me. She’s started reporting me for things constantly, like for example playing religious music on Sunday for one of the activities. My boss didn’t have a problem with that but it still made me look bad. Honestly, I just want to do my job peacefully and be there for the residents. But she makes my job so much harder, I constantly feel like she’s looking over her shoulder waiting for me to fuck up or do something. I already have horrible anxiety issues.

Hey everyone!
I speak Turkish and would like to help someone practice it. I’m not good at grammar concepts or anything, but I love languages and get impressed every time I come across something new!
I prefer someone who has already reached at least B1 level to make the practice more useful.
I read a lot, mostly Russian literature (that’s my soft spot), and spend a big part of my day working out. I’m sure we can find topics that aren’t dead boring like my hobbies, lol.
I’m not actively seeking any languages, but I speak English and a bit of Swedish. Let me know if you need help with Turkish, especially with speaking skills!

Will I regret tracking daily metrics in a notebook, one page = one day? I’m not averse to tech, but I just really like the idea of seeing everything on one page, instead of entering stuff in 2-3 different apps. I think there’s something about the tactile act of recording data in a notebook that I might also find soothing. Is there anyone else here who’s tried it? How well did it work for you?
